It was precisely the quality of food that resulted in a 1 star review. It had nothing to do with a wait time. The first and last time I tried this place due to the high ratings, I bought the OG Cheeseteak. The sandwich was pure salt in a sandwich. No other flavor but saltiness that overwhelmed even the bread.

Amazing food! Fries were very generous portions. Food was flavorful and delicious! Would be 5/5 if the price was just a dollar or two less! Of course, inflation and COVID has made everything more expensive... but $9 for a regular burger is still quite a lot Not the restaurant's fault, though! I had a wonderful meal with my family. Delivery was also quick. All the food was wrapped neatly and labeled. Extremely helpful! Thank you so much for this perfect experience.
Customer service 10/10. We had the smash burgers probably the best burgers we had.Definitely going back to get the Chopped cheese.

I was eating one of the sandwiches, and I bit into something hard. I took it out and it was a SCREW. How does that get in a sandwich?! I got so sick and grossed out. What an awful experience. I won’t eat here again. What a shame.

Good beef and cheese sandwich, if not a bit messy. Would not recommend if you have a business meeting lunch, you will need some alone time for this bad boy. The location confused me a bit because it is a kiosk inside a supermarket.
