I took my fiancé here for a date night, and everything was amazing from start to finish. Ladies, if your man loves steak, then this is the place. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for a romantic evening. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of, attentive without being overbearing. The food was outstanding! Every dish was beautifully presented and packed with flavor. We had the T-Bone steak, which was so delicious. There is no bad rice option. All the fried rice are amazing. This restaurant truly exceeded our expectations, making our date night extra special. We can't wait to come back again and will be recommending it to friends and family!
The food was fresh and tasty. The flavors were just right, and everything was cooked well. I would eat here again because the food made me happy.

Amazing food amazing experience took my girl here for a bday dinner and she absolutely loved it def would come back but definitely recommend if u haven't fretted yourself already.
I had a great time with my coworkers. We did the pre-fixe lunch menu and absolutely enjoyed it. Service was great and food was delicious.
I really liked their Lychee drink. The beijing chicken is so good, should come with rice though (pairs well with lobster fried rice).

Loved the food and drinks! Service was amazing. Still thinking about the fried rice and passion fruit martini.
Service was good, servers were attentive & friendly. Environment was dark & well decorated, but definitely leaned towards New American aesthetics.
The food itself really felt like overpriced, extremely Americanized Chinese takeout food. Majority of what we tasted was good, but there was an unpleasant, excessive amount of really thick sauces on most plates.
Notable dishes were the Peking duck, and the ginger & garlic lobster. Other enjoyable (hard to mess up) dishes were fried rice, rock shrimp tempura, bok choy, and lo mein.
The chicken satay color is off-putting with the bright red hue coated chicken, and it tasted as if it was over tenderized with baking soda, but bland in overall flavor. Some of the dumplings are interesting too, we had the cheeseburger one and it wasn’t bad in flavor but strange (not in a bad way!) to taste burger in a dumpling form.
Minor, final piece, I would expect there to be some form of check by someone of Asian background for a restaurant with Asian cuisine fused with another, but bao buns is redundant. Bao is a bun/bread. I would encourage establishments that leverage the culture of a different background to research and be as accurate as possible.

The food and ambiance at Brooklyn Chop House were undeniably great—but unfortunately, the service we received from our server Emilio was so appalling, it completely ruined the experience and guaranteed we will never return.
From the start, Emilio was dismissive and careless. A member of our party disclosed a serious peanut allergy, which he brushed off with complete disregard—an unacceptable and dangerous response from any service professional, especially in a high-end establishment.
It didn’t stop there. Emilio removed our drink glasses without even asking if we were finished—no courtesy, no attentiveness. He moved with an air of rushing us out, as if we were an inconvenience. And to top it off, his breath was overwhelmingly unpleasant—so much so, it was difficult to engage with him without discomfort. It’s honestly shocking that someone with such poor hygiene, attitude, and lack of hospitality represents your brand.
To the owners of Brooklyn Chop House: you’ve built a stunning restaurant, but servers like Emilio chip away at everything you’ve worked to build. He’s not just off-brand—he’s actively tarnishing your reputation.
We came in excited, left disappointed, and will absolutely never recommend BCH to anyone. Great food can’t make up for awful service. It’s a firm no from us.

As a first customer I chose this restaurant because I had been told many wonderful things. However, we were sitting at a table that the vent from the air conditioner leaked on the seat and when I asked a server while coming from the ladies room to clean it he told me to wait for my server. After standing at the table and seeing everyone else seated he came over and I said the seat is wet and he said oh and took a napkin from the table beside and cleaned it. I sat and just a few minutes later the dripping watered started on my head and I asked to be moved. As we sat the manager walked by no acknowledgment. Our server was very condescending and spoke to as a matter of fact. He kept saying well this only cost types of statements. Food options were not available.
My server was really nice. The food was really bad and the overall customer service for how expensive is horrible.
I have never had a more tender and flavorful tomahawk steak!
