Worst restaurant I've been eaten ate by far !!!!! Sat us right next to the restroom absolutely disgusting. Food took about 20 minutes to arrive I don't recommend this restaurant to anyone that knows food.

My experience was great food was a 9/10 Frozen drink had me alittle tipsy lol. Other than that everything there was great.

The ambience and atmosphere was great, this place had really nice vibes and very clean. The staff was amazing, very tentative, accommodating, prompt and personable. Very generous portion of food and great presentation. Some entrees were less than desired, the Caesar salad had way too much dressing and cheese. Sweet and sour chicken had too much sauce and was more sweet than sour. The shrimp fried rice was excellent and enough for 2 people. I will definitely go back for the fried rice.

Nice food but very over priced. Bottles of water were so expensive and didn't anticipate. $12 a bottle !! I love good food and restaurants and happy to pay for it. But in this instance the food didn't justify the bill !!!

Filet mignon beef and broccoli! Yes, please😁whatever food gods heard my prayers about a steakhouse AND Asian fusion....bless you! I'll be back to try ALL the dumplings. Oh, the food was fabulous, but the service was amazing 🤩

I really wanted to be impressed but it was just meh. Not great, not horrible. Food was hit or miss. Same with food presentation. Some food was hot, some dishes were bordering on cold. Very inconsistent across the board. Hostess was great. Server was ok, not great. Appetizer plate was chipped, bench seat was ripped...oh & the "famous" peanut sauce is very thin & lacking in peanut flavor. Not sure what that was tbh. & don't even bother with the fries, might as well take those off the menu along with the chicken satay that had zero flavor. Vegetable spring rolls, grilled sea bass & nine spice shrimp were good. Overall - for the prices they charge, the food quality should be much better & attention to detail needs improvement. Unfortunately, I would not return.

Food was alright , but this is place for your friends not your partner . Food was alright . The kitchen running out of food was questionable. Music was way too loud it was giving the vibe of a club and a restaurant. There's no point of having a reservation and showing up early if they had me wait 20 mins past , for a table to open up from walk ins, Overall the place is cool but not as a date night , this is for the homies or the homegirls

We had an amazing experience. Helen was our server. She was outstanding. She was also extremely attentive, inquired about our well being and gave helpful suggestions to mocktails/ desserts. We try to patronize the Times Square location as often as possible. We love the Beijing spicy chicken and the fried rice for two. The house salad with the lemon dressing, was refreshing. We look forward to going back in the near future.

The culinary experience exceeded expectations. The food was exceptional, and the alcohol was generously portioned. The dinner was worth every penny.

Was visiting from Florida and found this restaurant using google maps. Sat at the bar for dinner and wine. Maggie was the bartender and provided great service and conversation. The manger on duty was also very welcoming. I would definitely return to this location, maybe not for dinner, but drinks for sure especially if Maggie is on duty. Thanks for a pleasant experience visiting NYC.

This was our second time here, and once again, the customer service was top-notch! We devoured every bite—no scraps left behind. The music was on point and added to the vibe. Sure, our family of 3 spent over $250, but we’re here for a good time, not a long time! Definitely coming back the next time we’re in NYC.

This is not a review reflecting the owners of Brooklyn Chophouse, but the people running the July 16 Backwoods RZA/Method Man Wu-Tang After Party.

After having paid $700 per person to attend this, never have we been treated with such disdain and disrespect. Examples:
- After being seated, we were asked to move which we happily obliged. Despite this, one of the hostesses was so rude it was actually comical, even after we gladly got up and asked where we should go (she angrily yelled “I already told y’all!”)
- We were shuffled around and the staff there (not the people running the event) were unable to find us a seat; they were awesome and very apologetic. However, food took literal hours to come out and service was extremely poor. We paid over $1400 and yet, they told us there was no seat or dedicated area for us.

To add, we asked Method Man for a signature ( a “host” for this event) and he said “we charge for them shits”. After spending thousands supporting the Wu including tickets/merch and this after party, that was definitely super wack. This was one of the worst, most disorganized uncoordinated events we have ever attended. Again, this is for the Tical event hosted at BCH, and not an issue with the BCH.

AVOID ANY BACKWOODS-HOSTED EVENT.

THERE WAS NO WAIT FOR TWO AT 3PM ON A SATURDAY. NICE ATMOSPHERE. THE SEATING ISN'T BAD DEPENDING ON WHERE YOU'RE SEATED. SOME OF THE SEATS ARE SPACED TOO CLOSE TOGETHER OR ARE IN SPOTS THAT PUT THE PATRON IN HIGH TRAFFIC AREAS, BUT THESE ARE MINIMAL. THE FOOD IS PREPARED WELL. A BIT PRICEY. PLAN ON SPENDING $30 - $50 PER PERSON. PORTIONS ARE MODERATE. THE BAR IS BY THE DOOR.

Absolutely amazing. The food was incredible. The spicy shrimp we highly recommend as well as the lobster wontons. Leave room for dessert, and get a slice of cheesecake!.
