I made a 6:30pm Saturday evening reservation as we had tickets for an 8pm show. By 7pm we still weren’t seated and were told that it would be at least another hour wait. There was another couple that was in the exact situation. When I spoke to the host, her response was full of “attitude” and indifference. It wasn’t until another employee explained about the hour wait that I told him to cancel the reservation. To add insult to injury, I received an email from Open Table asking why I was a “no show”. Thankfully, when I explained what happened it was not seen as a blemish on my account. I will not try them again!

Food and drinks were good. Good music selection but the customer service was awful. Terrible. Reservation was for a certain time. Didn’t get seated until 40 mins later. No complimentary drink; nothing. Nothing free for the mishap. Nothing! Spent over $800 total for the bill.

It was a nice-looking restaurant, but the service was below average, but the steak I had was not very tender. The server was forgetful and slow. The hostess, when greeting us, never smiled. Overall, because of this, I would not visit again.

Online it looks like a great pre-theater dinner experience, but it's not. Our server was friendly, but that was the only thing good about the experience. Food is mediocre, seating was horrible, and the prices far above average.

The host is nasty & mean every time I come to this BCH location I have the same issues with these women at the front deck they are not welcoming & give nasty attitude.. I hear multiple people say the same thing about them as well they should really look into hiring new host cause whoever that young lady was last night around 7-8pm talked to me & my party horrible, we actually almost walked out because the disrespect was unbelievable but we end up staying the food was amazing as usually and our waitress so sweet & kind I wish I remembered her name I know she’s from the Bronx but live in bk now pretty, light skin a lil heavy set, she deserves a raise definitely a good look for BCH unlike the host!

Our waiter was nonexistent. Two additional drink orders had to be taken by a manager. He clearly felt that because we were a large party and that a 20% gratuity was included he didn't need to be attentive.
I took my partner here to celebrate his birthday. I didn't care for the seating, which was a closed off section towards the back that limits your view of the restaurant. The host was unwilling to accommodate, stating that there was no other seating available when she later seated a couple in a section I inquired about. There was a point in which I observed her staring at me when I asked a waitress about another table. The waitress that served us was not attentive and the restaurant was not crowded. At the end of the dinner, I had to go to her with my coat on to pay the bill. The food was delicious but the service was lackluster. I would go back and sit at the bar.
Restaurant was beautiful, great for celebrating, great for groups of people. My only complaint was the wait time.. I had reservations for 9pm didn't get sat until 945pm which made me late for plans I had after dinner. I will definitely return! I love black people!!
