Sandwich disgusting, hash browns cold as ice. I give this place until summer is over to be closed. Cashier no customer service.

The worst Reuben sandwich by far. It was so dry and not tender at all. Stay away!!

Food ok. Tomato soup tasted horrible with ketchup like consistency. Wanted to buy two cans of coffee. Guy had no idea what I was talking about. Completely clueless. Wife went back in and found one employee who knew what was going on to help us.

As I get older I started leaving reviews. Because it way better than getting into it with an employee. I leave great reviews as well as bad. Today ordering breakfast today at the terminal 4 delta location compelled me to write a review. After driving 3hrs in the rain from Ct to catch a flight I decided to stop by USABD to get a sandwich and ice coffee. As I stand there I see that The female let’s just call her Mcarlin top my ice coffee with ice before pouring the littlest bit of coffee because it’s just ice. I also paid for extra shot btw. I kindly ask her if she can give me Less ice that’s when, with attitude grabs my cup goes to the sink dump a quarter of it out the slides the coffee back to me and walks off. I mean really. The cashier saw something was wrong and not only fixed the situation with kindness she added the shot of expresso Mcarlin didn’t even added. I get it. Dealing with the public sometimes sucks. But making customers feels like crap before a long day of traveling for the simplest request is not acceptable. I should be enjoying my pretty good looking sandwich instead I’m writing this review.

Tried finding the JFK branch on here but i couldn’t, I was greeted by a staff member who clearly did not want to be there. Placed an order for two sandwiches and two coffees — total came out to $50.

And for that price? I got a self-service coffee cup like it’s a gas station, not even a heads up about it. Medium coffee? Actually a small.

The staff situation was embarrassing — 40+ travelers waiting, one person handling coffee, four others behind the counter doing absolutely nothing but chatting and standing around. You could see them not even pretending to hustle.

It took 30 minutes for two basic sandwiches. I tried to cancel my order since my flight was boarding, only for them to casually mention “Oh, we don’t have sausage, is bacon okay?” What was I supposed to say?

No to-go boxes or bags at an airport… just an open plate to walk through a terminal like it’s a diner on the side of the road.

Bottom line: $50 for food and service worse than a highway Dunkin. Next time, I’ll happily take a Shake Shack or grab-n-go instead.

Avoid this place if you value your time, money, and sanity.

I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but Brooklyn Deli earned this one. First off, don’t be fooled by the mouthwatering sandwich photos they’re about as real as a Bigfoot sighting. The sandwiches are tiny. Like, “where’s the rest of it?” tiny.

But here’s the kicker: my wife ordered a crispy chicken Caesar salad and got… drumroll… no chicken. When we pointed out the obvious mistake, they actually tried to charge us extra to add the chicken that was supposed to be there in the first place. That’s not just bad service that’s shady.

We came hungry and left annoyed. Won’t be back.

Your corned beef is the worst I’ever eaten! Meat was chewy difficult to eat even though one of the pricy items to order.

Mistake ordering chicken parm in this deli. But overall quality was terrible and they used Swiss cheese! Nice staff. Hot pastrami did look good.

Got a hot pastrami sandwich to go - bread was soggy and not toasted, the pastrami was about 80% fat, and they forgot the mustard. The pickle was good though…
