This cafe is nothing like a real deli. If you want a NYC deli, go elsewhere.

The Pastrami Egg & Cheese Everything Bagel is hands down phenomenal. Cute and cozy diner, and reasonably priced ✔️

Went here a couple of nights ago, they had an amazing entertainment service. The food was so affordable and good. The waitress seem to be working by herself, but was very attentive. Recommend for anyone visiting out of town or even local New Yorkers. I saw someone that they're trying to gatekeep this place. And I would too, but they deserve better reviews. I highly recommended. If you're notorious, the ambience is fantastic.

Over priced for mediocre food. Had a sampling of the tuna salad, corned beef Ruben, and the loaded fries. Nothing stood out as good from these in a deli context.

I want to gatekeep but I won't! I went to NY to celebrate New Year's in Times Square. I had originally planned on roughing it out for hours in the cold, but knowing how antsy and irritable I get waiting a long time and standing still, I started looking for NYE parties near Times Square. It's a known fact that NYE in New York will set you back a pretty penny if you decide to attend a party or dine at a restaurant in the vicinity. Streets are barricaded during New Year's and you can only get inside if you have a ticket to an event. I actually found USA Brooklyn Delicatessen on Google Maps of all places! It was the closest restaurant to the actual ball drop that was hosting a party. Tickets for their NYE party was about $450 which includes a buffet, entertainment and VIP Ball Drop access. To me, that's a great deal considering the fact that I didn't have to worry about dying of hypothermia outside and I would have access to a restroom. 15 minutes before the ball drops they escort you outside to a private section. I'm not lying to you when I say it could not be any closer to ball! It was such a wonderful experience! I feel like if I had stood outside for hours with the crowd, I would have not enjoyed it as much and probably never want to do it again, but attending USA Brooklyn Deli's NYE Party made it so easy and pleasant that I would be willing to come back in a few years! 10/10 experience! Thanks for making New Years 2024 memorable for me!

I had a Pastrami sandwich. Although the sandwich was good, the portion of meat is way smaller than many other place for a similar price. I will not come back.

Served me yesterday's sandwich. Dry and tasteless. Worst I've had.

I just realized that they charged my account 32.76 for a $11 reuben plus taxes and tip!update: called Stephanie per her message below, she looked into the records and sorted out the situation. Apparently I paid for someone else’s order.

this place should be checked for sanitary standards by the relevant authorities, flies fly everywhere, big and small, there are just a bunch of them inside the shelves with baked goods. This is disgusting even for New York.

A must stop for a great lunch or breakfast sandwich. I had the sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich one day and a hot pastrami another day and they were both excellent. Great flavor and portions. The lox and cream cheese bagel was also delicious. For 2 people at lunch it'll be around $50 with drinks and chips.
