Brooklyn Delicatessen Times Square

These guys saved my night twice.
Crazy crowds from knicks game 5 and a World Cup game. These guys were closing up and doing takeout only but they let me stay and get a quiet place to eat when it was packed everywhere else. Pastrami sandwich was great too.
Then I left my wallet at the restaurant. I was two blocks away when I realized I lost it. Such a relief to get back and see they kept my wallet safe. Put all the cash I had in the tip jar. Those guys deserved it. Thanks for saving my night. 🙏🙏🙏

Visiting from Minneapolis to see a Broadway show and stopped in for a bite on our way through. The best chicken salad sandwich I ever had! And the French fries are amazing. My husband had the turkey BLT and also enjoyed it very much. We may stop back in after the show to try their pizza. Even though they were a little busy, there was plenty of seating and our food was out in less than 10 minutes. The guys behind the counter were friendly and efficient.

Got a turkey blt on rye before going to Lyceum theater for a show - service was friendly and fast! The sandwich was actually phenomenal and great price. Go-to spot from now on!

The food doesn't match the pictures they have on the menu at all, the portions they give you are a 1/3 of the pictures, the prices are also not worth it for the portions and taste they give

I visited this gem just around the corner from Times Square with my travel group. Great food, great people, and excellent service.
The pastrami was delicious, and the atmosphere was fantastic with the Satin Dollz performing.
A special mention to Boudj and his staff, who took great care of us and truly made us feel like family.
I’ll definitely be back very soon with another group.

We recently stayed at the Westin on W 43rd and found the Brooklyn Deli. The Pastrami, Egg & Cheese on Brioche was very delicious as was everything else we purchased. The service was very welcoming, the coffee was fantastic and I’m a coffee snob! The Brooklyn Deli was well appointed with staff, cooking apparatus galore, beautiful pizzas and the restaurant was very clean. Lastly, I would add that I found the prices to be very reasonable for NYC and the Times Square/Broadway area.

The general manager in duty yesterday around 2-3pm (1/17/26) needs to get fired he is extremely unprofessional. He was yelling at his employees saying he doesn't get told what to do he's the general manager and barriating them in front of the restaurant by the cashier. I don't know the full story but regardless that's extremely unprofessional no wonder it was empty I thought that was suspicious
