We were sat at a side table “high top” at the bar for dinner when we asked for another table they said it was booked I said we've had reservations for three weeks we left without eating .

Food was overpriced simce it was New Year's eve, but should have been of better quality.Our table wss at the rear so we were far from the entertainment and the happenings. Will not go again.

Amazing food and setting but be aware of the orange juice they offer! $9 for a small glass each time they fill it really tops the bill up.

Not much choice of food had a breakfast tea which was vile couldn't drink left it in the cup for the whole of the time I was there and still couldn't drink. Husband had a coffee which he said was the worse he had had. Other family members felt pressured into having items they didn't want and then when the bill was paid and tip was left the waitress was cussing in her own language about the tip, clearly was not enough!!! Was one of the most expensive breakfast while we was there and the worst. Would not recommend!!!!

Went here for a meal before going to watch the wonderful death becomes her. Food was average and we felt rushed. I feel it’s bad manners to start removing plates when some of the party are still eating, it gives the impression you want us out quickly. The chicken pot pie was amazing though I’d suggest sharing because it’s massive. The menu needs more choice for vegetarians. Loved the glass of water brought to the table on arrival as we’ve been paying 8 dollars a glass in other eating establishments

Excellent service! The host and servers were all incredibly kind to us and made the evening special for our daughters who were going to Broadway after. They made sure we were done on time and made beautiful milkshakes for the girls. Wonderful experience!
Good morning! That's what I was expecting to hear as we walked in. Instead, we were shown to our table by some grumpy young hostess! Mohammed (our server), was delightful. Never overbearing. Good morning Mohammed:) I ordered the, "Perfect Plate" salad. Everything was fresh/delicious. 0The prices are what one might expect for Manhattan. Ambiance was enjoyable. Noise level within reason. And they have a bar! Well, cheers to you, "Brooklyn Diner"! And a HUGE GOOD MORNING to that grumpy, young hostess!!

The staff here is so lovely and welcoming. Coffee is constant and HOT! The cinnamon bun pancakes were delicious and fluffy.

Just returned from a family trip to New York. We visited The Brooklyn Diner twice and thoroughly enjoyed the food and atmosphere. We were served on the second occasion by the wonderful Ash who was extremely friendly, efficient and attentive. We recommend you visit to experience the wonderful food and service yourself. Convenient location..Variety of food to pick from. Tasty entrees/veggie burger and bagel & lox...Not a large portion considering the price.. Service was great...Waitress very pleasant....Delicious cheesecake!
