Sandwich was okay
What ever you do NOT LISTEN TO OTHER WINING REVIEWS as of now the staff is amazing the food omg for a station food spot it was 10/10 fresh not frozen food. If you are thinking of getting it while at the station right now and you like the option they have you won’t regret it.
Pretty sad bagel cream cheese experience $4.50
Would’ve never thought to get good from here but breakfast options are slim in port authority. Got a bacon egg and cheese and it was surprisingly good. Bread was fresh roll soft , eggs were cooked perfectly as well as the bacon. I say this as I’m enjoying a second one which is also pretty consistent for a different day. I pay $5 for a bec in bk so $7.85 isn’t bad for midtown travel hub prices.
I ordered their chicken tenders and fries combo and a vitamin water that came up to $17… the price isn’t the reasoning for my low rating. i got FOOD poisoning from this deli. Luckily it didn’t kick in until i got off my 7 hour bus ride. Nonetheless i’d avoid this place.
It say 5:30am but it alway open 5:45am what the point say I going to be open at 5:30am manager talk to you employees to come early or fix the time and they close the gate at 5:52 am
Their were two people there but i dealth with the younger guy and he from my short time being there i can tell he is a piece of crap i needed to charge my phone because i missed my bus and my ticket was on their so i bought something and he was saying i have to spend $5 to sit down i wasn't going to buy something i wasn't hungry for first time i've experienced that its not like the store was packed
The food is fine, but the guy helping the main cook never wears gloves and he touches EVERYTHING with his nasty hands
The Lady at the front don’t know how to take order because she is going to fast and not focus on one order At the time. They made my sandwich twice and still did it wrong, wrong cheese and my egg was not well done.
I almost never leave reviews or waste food but I just threw out the seafood salad that I bought here. It tastes like it has nail polish remover or some other chemical (maybe cleaning supplies?) in it.
Restaurantji Recommends
Believe the reviews! Avoid this place. Not only was the cashier lady rude, but my $7 bacon egg and cheese was a mess. The two thin pieces of bacon in there was HARD and dry. 1/10 i would NOT recommend
This place was decent enough, especially after a long afternoon of a political rally & a couple of ciders upstairs. Here's a Monte Cristo w/o pimientos, but nice enough anyway to fuel my travels further afield.

I live upstate and commute back and forth regularly and always previously enjoyed having breakfast here...UNTIL YESTERDAY, after buying breakfast here, I plugged my cellphone in the wall socket, as my cellphone battery was down to a single digit percent..about an hour later as my phone was still charging, I got approached by one of the workers on the orders of his manager in a loud nasty way...'Are you going to buy something?!! My manager just called me!' I swiftly responded with 'Yes..I bought something!'..I had a receipt to prove it...he then turned to the woman who rang me up to verify if I was telling the truth cause he apparently didn't believe me..when I was vindicated, he just nodded and I didn't even get an apology! There are many places at and near Port Authority I can go to for breakfast and I chose this place regularly...but this experience totally turned me off.

I found a roach in my sandwich. Then when I approached the Spanish lady behind the counter she had a stink attitude and cursed me out. This place is nasty and have very rude employees.

Horrible service, the guy behind the counter should get fired immediately. Very rude that is not how you treat customers and I work in customer service for over 14 years.
