Big fan of brother’s bakery! Every year for my birthday I always get the Red velvet cake and it never fails. One of my favorite treats is the creme brûlée cups and they even caramelized the tops with sugar. Definitely a must try! If you’re looking for a sweet treat or a cake for a special occasion you have got to try their cakes.

The toast was burnt and they did not have a beverage I ordered online available in store when I went to pick up so I had to choose something else as a result. I usually buy coffee from here which is great. But I have to say my bacon egg and cheese was unpleasant.

Placed an order for a birthday cake in advance and when I went to go pick up the cake I was mortified by the writing on the cake. It looked like a 2 year old wrote the words.
The lady helping me rudely just offered a refund, instead of asking to fix it. I said it was fine; because I needed the cake and she continued to reiterate returning my money was not an issue as she packed it. Looking back she did not even apologize.
The cake was delicious and I could’ve looked past the ugly writting but will not be returning due to their awful customer service.

There’s a female cashier who is rude. I went to the cafe on a Saturday, around 4:40ish with friends and a customer notified the cafe closes at 5PM. Prior to heading to the cafe, I checked online and it says it closes at 6PM on Saturdays (please update your hours). I went up to the cashier to confirm if the cafe closes at 5PM, she says yes. When I told her online said otherwise, she said to check the sign on the door with an attitude. I’m coming to the cafe from somewhere else, I’m obviously going to check online for the hours before pulling up to the establishment. This isn’t the first time she’s acted unwelcoming.

I have ordered many kinds of food and pastry from this restaurant for several years, and they have always been very good. Today, I ordered an Italian panini. While eating it, I chewed on what felt like sand. I called to ask about it, and they said they didn’t know why this happened, mentioning that it only contained basil pesto, grilled chicken, and mozzarella. It would have been better if they had said they would check their ingredients. This was a bit disappointing.

I got the German chocolate it was good, but stay away from the cheesecakes I tried both and they were like jello sugar. Practical employee zero help no thank you come again and no help when asking about the flavors of the cakes.
