Don’t order via delivery!!!! They’re very careless and clearly don’t look at the order when they’re making the food. I thought the first couple of times were a fluke, but they’ve gotten worse over time. Now, every time I order, my order is wrong - to the point of not being able to eat it due to a dietary restriction. I.e. cheese being put on a sandwich despite not ordering cheese or meat being put on something despite ordering an item that wasn’t listed as having meeting (like an egg and cheese only).

The staff at this restaurant are friendly. However, there have been a few instances where requested ingredients were left out of my dish, even though I was still charged for them. Additionally, special preparation requests were sometimes forgotten. These oversights are disappointing, especially given the high prices. If the kitchen could be more careful to honor custom orders and the service was more evenly available, it would really elevate the dining experience

Overall this bakery provides great quality food. Monday thru Thursday it's perfect. However, on FRIDAYS!!!! It's a mess!! The service is slow, they don't answer their phones and by the time you show up to the store in the morning, the line is long n not worth the wait. The bakery cakes tend to be hit or mess, i recommend asking before when was it done before you buy. Their breakfast and pastry are top tier. The young lady behind the register Monday thru Thursday morning(forgot her name) is amazing, organized and efficient, all while remembering to greet customers n even build a positive rapport.

Solid breakfast.Build your own or pig from their many options.The home fries were well seasoned.The toast came out pre-buttered.Also tried some of their baked goods which were tasty.Had a nice cozy vibe inside. At times there is a line to order so you can tell this place is popular.Vegetarian options: A lot of build it yourself so easy to make vegetarian.
Tried the tiramisu cake for $15 is very small taste more like a pound cake with artificial coffee pudding mix filling with an after taste nothing like a real tiramisu no cream no coffee syrup very dry that’s it

I enjoy visiting this place with my friends. It's a bit of a hit or miss at times - some days, the service is really quick, while on others, it can be a bit slower. But they're always willing to assist us in getting our orders right. I LOVE their loaf or bread cake slices; they're so yummy. On my last visit, I got the three large pancakes with a request for strawberries and chocolate chips, and it was decent, though I think adding butter might have improved it. + Their hot chocolate is one of my favorites - I could drink one everyday!!
