This is my second time coming in here and I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt initially but this is completely unacceptable. I ordered the sandwich I wanted and they got it wrong. Instead of simply fixing the error they began to argue with the me & making nasty remarks. Who argues with a customer over a simple sandwich? There was another black women waiting on line & to place her order and she was completely ignored. She ended up walking out & now I understand why. As soon as she left they began to talk badly about her. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY IN THIS RACIST ESTABLISHMENT.

The two guys working there were so nice! I got the pesto chicken panini and my only problem is that I asked if it should be eaten cold or hot & if they warmed it up & the guy at the register offered to have someone warm it up if I wanted it hot. I said yes & when I went outside to eat it, it was still cold and slightly damp in the middle. It was still good, but I had to get over that texture I would go back to try their hot foods

How come this Deli does not show the nyc doh letter grade in the window? In addition, when you try to look them up on the doh website, they don't exist!!! Mmmm

Wanted to sample a bacon, egg, and cheese at the nearest bodega and this was outside my hotel, sandwich hit the spot and another bucket list item ticked off the list.Place was packed with all sorts of goods, and odds & ends, and even had a salad bar to accompany the deli. Prices were at a premium, I guess mainly for the location. $8 for a sandwich.
This deli is near to my office and they have a lot of lunch options. Unfortunately, their salad bar is way too expensive at $12.99/lb. I have ordered salads from them three times. The first salad was good. The only negative was that they only offered small salads and they charge $11. I usually pay that price for a large salad. The last two times I have ordered their salads, they have been inedible. Today was the last time I walk into that deli. The grilled chicken tasted like it had been soaked in Windex.

Stayed across the street from Bryant Market had bacon egg and cheese on a kaiser roll two days in row nicely packed with bacon on a fresh roll , sure beats the $50.00 breakfast in hotel.

place is awesome. went in late night. got the godfather and ruben. both were amazing. nice people. Visiting from Hawai'i and was super impressed.

Rude service - my family and I were in the store and we placed the drinks at the register only for them to cop an attitude. The man at the register asked if we’re buying 4 cans or 3. We clearly placed 3 cans on the counter so I asked if there was a deal if I bought 4. The man side eyes, shakes his head, and grunts.. and clarifies separate or all together. What? Honestly, we should have left and went next door to Duane Reade after all that non-sense.

The food is delicious. The employees behind the deli counter need consistent etiquette lessons. There are other delis a customer can go to. The ladies at the register are good.
