The food is tasty, authentic, and good value and every guest I bring likes the place. It's very loud and tables are close together. Service is a efficient but impersonal.

I took my mom and Aunt here for a Mother's Day celebration. My mom officially wants a flower wall in her apartment lol. The food was pretty good, but I found everything to be a little on the sweet side.

It was a nice restaurant to go to. I went for a friend birthday and she enjoyed it. However, it was too expensive for small portions and the food was okay. It wasn't anything crazy, the food offered can be find at any Asian cuisine restaurant. The service was amazing! Definitely the best service I have had in a restaurant EVER. If you go for the ambience just know you'll be paying a lot for that.

The servers were very nice and the food was delicious. My only gripe is that everything comes really fast, it's not a place where you can sit and relax for a time, it's like they want you to eat and then out. Drinks are also great

It was a birthday dinner. The manager who greeted at the door also served us. She told me right away that I am not to be sitted before the rest of the guests arrive. After talking a bit, I was allowed to wait at the bar. Even when it was our reservation time, and everyone arrived, they made us wait at the door. It was was a little bit as if I am in her kitchen and begging for kindness. The food was “ok” for the price. The mocktails looked impressive and are worth the spiked prices. I would return if the service is better. I definitely won't return. Prefer Up Thai that is consistently nice and is located nearby. Thank you for your time reading through this.

I had an amazing dining experience at BUA Thai Ramen & Robata Grill! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making it the perfect spot for a cozy meal. The food is absolutely fantastic—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I highly recommend the paid Thai noodles and the appetizer selection crispy rice and ceviche. Every dish we tried was a true delight for the senses. The staff was attentive and friendly, making the whole experience even better. Plus, they have great options for vegan, gluten-free, and halal diets. Definitely a must-visit in NYC! Will be coming back soon!

We came here after searching for a Thai place nearby. This place is super hip and seems like a good time. We ordered a different array of items including chicken wings, chicken satay, beef skewers, Tom yum soup, papaya salad, pad thai, pad see ew, and more! Everything came out pretty quickly and it was super delicious and hearty. Highly recommend this spot for anyone who’s searching for some authentic and yummy Thai food!

Came at 415 for a 430 reservation to try to celebrate a special occasion. Was rushed out by a hovering waitress after 25 minutes.
Do not come here for authentic thai food. Got the pad thai - noodles were too hard, didn't have any vegetables other than side bean sprouts in it, which is pretty unusual. Flavor wasn't good.
Partner ordered pot of tea that was 12 dollars even though on the menu was 9?!
