New discovery for me - loved that Bubo has unfussy, relaxed yet stylish atmosphere. Drinks were great, service very attentive. We had a post-work drink gathering and they had a great space in the back that was uncomplicated to reserve. We ordered assorted finger food as snacks that were all really nice.
Great food and drinks. Lots of young people on a Saturday night. We sat under speakers in the back bar so it was on the loud side, but fun. Wonderful waitperson. Fish tacos are small but delicious.
Bottom line is you will feel classy when you walk in. Both times I’ve been here I was drawn to the secretive allure that sets the scene to get lost in deep and intellectual conversations. And while I can’t speak to all their drinks, they sure know how to make a dirty martini (and they do not skimp on the olive you get three).
