Was advertised “wild wings” however, at best¡ these wings were casually domesticated. The sauces are alright, nothing is crazy good, the vibes there are good and the service was good enough. Not a terrible place to go and get a drink with friends.

What a great place! I stopped in while on a walk with my dog and was greeted so warmly by Joey! The food is wonderful! Just the perfect place for this neighborhood! They have a full menu and deliver as well. Quality all the way!

This review is two years late. But I think it’s never to late to say something about a great eating place. I was in New York on holiday and this place was across from my hotel so it became a place to go to for amazing and memorable buffalo wings. The serve was great, food awesome and restaurant was cool, as I’d never been to a real authentic sports bar before as we don’t have many in Australia.

This location had the best deal of all buffalo wild wings locations. It was 10 wings and fries for 10 $ which for the city is very good price. I believe at the moment you can only order for take away because of the situation.

One of my favorite places to visit when I'm around Times Square , the food is delicious , the service is extremely quick considering the area and how crowded the place always gets . Constantly see management walking around making sure everything is done the right way and they are extremely friendly along with the staff that always passes around and makes sure you're in no need of extra napkins for those sticky fingers

Every year my bf wants to eat here for his birthday, and we've made it a tradition for 3 years now. I don't hate it and I think some of the negative reviews here are from people who expect more from a chain restaurant in Times Square. When we come here, we are aware it's not fine dining or healthy. It's not spotless but also not filthy. Service is generally mediocre at this location. I would say two out of three visits usually have some kind of mistake within our order, but it's never significant enough to stop us from coming back. These mistakes aren't anything like undercooked food, it's more like the wrong sauce or seasoning was used, or we were given bone-in when we ordered boneless. The food itself is pretty consistent with other BWW locations in terms of quality. If you're an unadventurous eater visiting NYC when there isn't a pandemic happening, I recommend coming here.

Unsafe conditions. They arent helping customer social distance with pick up orders. Its disorganized and the staff is incompetent. They cant pick up a phone to save their life. I didnt get my order and i just left. I wont take a chance to get corona, but BWW has other plans for you.
