I knew Bugis Street Restaurant had a strategic location, but the warm staff was unexpected. I couldn't finish my meal because of the large serving. The pricing structure encourages repeat visits. The team delivers warm service and dish understanding. It's difficult not to admire Bugis Street Restaurant.

Was staying at the milenium and found this restaurant in the lobby. We enjoyed our meal especially the satay and sweet sour pork.
Singaporean food, super good. Got there about three, it wasn't crowded. The bill won't break you. Menu is similar to a restaurant in Jacksonville I loved.
Food is ok, but the portions are small and they don't even give you a little rice with a lunch entree.
It was ok, nothing spectacular just regular food that was a bit overpriced. Kind of wish we had gotten food from one of the street vendors instead, but the potions were a good size so we were pretty full after.
Great scene for tasty singaporean food. definitely worth going back to. prices are fair i would say.
Amazing food and service at a reasonable price
Worst food in NYC.
Malay food restaurant - nice Satay chicken - the Satay sauce was very good. Char Kway Teow had lots of nice authentic additions - Fish balls, roast pork, spare ribs, prawns etc. Nicely cooked.
Went for dinner as we love Singaporean food. The starters were OK but not the food we expected and know from Singapore. The satay was dry, the Mango salad was actually regular american salad with mango. The mains were better so they went up to 3 stars. Ok for the main, skip the starters

Took my daughter there for breakfast. When we approached the hostess, he just stared at us without greeting us which I thought was rude and uncomfortable. We had menus in front of us that listed all the options for breakfast. We were not interested in the buffet they offered. My daughter ordered pancakes and I asked for French toast. The waitress looked at me and said “but that’s on the buffet!” I have never had a waitress question my order. If she was trying to explain the buffet to us, that’s not the right way to go about it. I won’t go back to a place that makes you feel like you are a bother to them. I don’t even know why I left a tip.
I've written so many reviews about Bugis, so I'll just say it never disappoints!
We had great service here. Our waiter was wonderful. The host thanked me by name as we left. The food was delicious - everyone in our group commented on how much they liked the apps and main courses.

Great food; great service, outstanding location in the theatre district/times square. Singaporean food is of the quality I've had in Singapore, and they were very accommodating to prepare vegetarian options for the dishes that had seafood/meat. Very often, restaurants that are located in hotels are only average, but this restaurant (located in the Millennium Times Square Hotel) is excellent. They also have traditional American dishes (i.e., hamburgers) for customers who do not want Singaporean food. But, the Singaporean food is superb, so go ahead---enjoy!
