Adam is an excellent service. We had questions and he had answers. He made sure we were enjoying our meal, offered dessert and wish us well for the upcoming holiday season. Adam deserves a paid day off on Burger & Lobster!

He gave us great suggestions based on dietary restrictions. He was very attentive. Thank you to both to making our experience wonderful. We will definitely one back.

10 out of 10 on everything. Went for my mother’s birthday and our entire dining experience was excellent from beginning to end. Big shout out to our server Adam who was so welcoming and very accommodating and most importantly, always had a smile on his face. Will be visiting again!

We’ve visited here many times when coming to NYC. We both had a burger and lobster combo. Service here is always good and the food is fantastic.
Reservations are needed almost always. Brunch here is also a very good option.

The burger was overdone, I ordered medium rare, there was no pink. My dining partner ordered medium, no pink. The lobster was obviously thawed from frozen. The bun was stale and the fries were not cooked.

This place is a step up from a mall food court. It is ok but not great. Way too expensive for what you get. It was over $400 for 4 people and I left hungry and kind of disappointed. Use you money wisely in NYC and go somewhere else. Atmosphere was cool it was like you were outside but you were in.
