Unfortunately, my experience at Burger & Lobster was disappointing. The burger was not cooked to the requested medium, the cheese didn’t seem like proper burger cheese, and the buns tasted as if they were more than a day old. For the price and reputation, I expected much fresher ingredients and better execution.

Adam was great. Food was AMAZING. Best lobster roll I've had in a long time. My husband said the chicken burger was better than any burger he has had in a long time and he eats beef.

Everything was very good. I ordered the conn lobster roll which came with a salad. Last time I went they gave me a Caesar salad which I asked for this time they said 5 dollar up charge????
Our server (Adam S) blatantly ignored us during our meal as we called for his assistance and when it came time to pay he ignored us for another 15 minutes.

Had a great experience at Burger & Lobster NYC! The classic lobster roll with lemon-garlic butter was delicious, and the burger was juicy and flavorful. Mediocre food for the price. Server kept trying to convince us upgrade our salads and fries, order drinks, and appetizers.
