This is an amazing burger place. My sister and I had to come back the next night and eat it again. There aren’t burger places in our home town like this. I would definitely recommend stopping here if you’re in the area.

When cooked properly, the food is good. But too often, the order is wrong or cold. Recently picked up two veggie burgers and two fries, brought home in an insulated bag. The fries were hot and tasty. Both veggie burgers were still frozen inside and cheese wasn’t melted. When we called, they told us we could bring back our burgers ourselves and they’d replace them. They wouldn’t deliver new ones or refund us. So we’d have to walk back seven blocks just to get cooked burgers? The burgers weren’t just “not hot” they were still frozen inside, and the cheese wasn’t melted. Almost as if they’d never gone on the grill. Hopefully they actually cook the meat. (Note in the photo how the cheese came off the burger because both were still cold.)

Delicious burgers made to order, tasty shakes and nice counter to eat from - especially on warm days when the front is open. And there is outdoor seating year round as well which is so rare! When I order take-out, I love that they don’t put the fries in until I walk in, which ensures they are crispy and hot. There is a ramp for wheelchair users and tables outside that are wheelchair accessible. Each time I’ve ordered delivery, it came right away and the food was still hot. The website to order is easy to use & you get a coupon after a certain number of orders. Sometimes when I walk in instead or ordering ahead online, I have the option to order on a tablet next to the register, or stand in line to put my order in. The tablet is a great convenience but I much prefer ordering from the staff at the register because they are outstanding! What a kind and professional team! I love it here.Vegetarian options: There are numerous plant-based burgers from impossible to bean burger.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free bread and vegetarian options available.Kid-friendliness: I have seen children doing homework at the counter tables as they wait for food to be ready.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp to enter to put in an order. There are no indoor tables low enough for wheelchair users & the restaurant is quite small but tables outside are low and wide enough for wheelchair users to use. The outside tables have movable chairs on 3 sides and 4th side is benches.
