Atmosphere: Meh, felt empty and kinda off. Staff: Language barrier was real — had to repeat my order multiple times, and the look I got felt like it was my fault she didn’t understand. Food: at least the burger tasted good. Bottom line:the service and communication need a lot of work.

Oh my goodness please put some seasoning in your customer service !! Please I came into Manhattan on business dropped in wish I kept walking The worker didn’t greet me nothing just looked at me dryly!! And had to nerve to have the name Elvis my experience made me feel like I came into begging for a meal instead of paying for it all these restaurants around you guys. In the heart of tourism the World Trade Center is right down the block my suggestion get a pep rally take a class In greeting customers and maybe a smile would help The dining room experience so empty like a ghost town …. Just was waiting for a tumbleweed to go by me lol 😆 should have went to Wendy’s

Had to get food in a pinch. The staff was helpful. The food was ok. The place was very hot and smelled funny. Wouldn't recommend.
