Never come to this McDonald's. I'm guessing it would be on Saturdays. I've never seen this assistant manager in here. Her attitude sucks She's like the grinch literally, and I'm not even playing Don't come here. She has an attitude problem. I ask her for my receipt. She told me the receipt paper was out. She was just too lazy to put it in there. And then I told her I wanted my burgers well done on my double whopper, and they weren't well done. They had to be redone I love the manager. That's here usually all the time when I come in here on Sundays. And any other day, but I've never been here on a Saturday at this time. And she's the first time. It's the first time I met her, and I will never, ever be back here on a Saturday. If you can help it, don't come on a Saturday. From what I know that's the only day she is Works, but I do not appreciate the service at all.And I might not come back here.Anymore, just for that interaction with her, don't appreciate it once again.And I always say it when I do these reviews.If you don't like your job, don't work there.And definitely don't take it out on the customers that you chose to be assistant manager at burger king!!!! Ohh, and I forgot to add the tables were filthy, and when I asked they act like they had an attitude when I asked them to wipe the tables down.I actually said I would do it, and apparently I don't think i'm allowed to, but it's like you're acting like you have an attitude wiping the tables down.As part of your job, so do it without attitude.I will never be back here again!!!😡😤😤😡

I had a wonderful experience with Kalam. He is respectful, kind, and very professional in the way he carries himself. His dedication and positive attitude make him stand out, and he always gives his best effort. Kalam is someone you can truly rely on, and I deeply appreciate the way he treats others with honesty and care. Highly recommended!

Walked in with every intention of ordering for myself and my son. I had to use the restroom I asked the cashier for the key and she yelled for paying customers only. I understood why this was said but was offended that it was assumed that I was not going to order anything. I immediately asked for the manager and he was basically saying the same thing. I explained I was going to order but really needed to use the restroom, still he refused saying he makes the rules and basically did not care how I had to use the restroom. I feel like you should treat everyone on an individual basis not just assume I was not going to buy . I WILL NOT GO TO THIS STORE AGAIN!!!!!!

Empty but took long to get food.
Very annoyed to get back to car only to realize my food was cold. Why are burgers cold and without melted cheese??? My Whopper Jr had the smallest piece of tomato and puny lettuce as well. Bun was barely toasted. Same for double cheeseburger. Just cold and unappetizing. So sick of spending money on less than great food. Food should be hot!! Makes me wonder if its being kept at proper temps prior to selling…we all know flame broiled to order is a thing of the past. I wanted Five Guys but they weren’t nearby. Settled for this as a cheeseburger treat…never again. Service was nice. Restaurant looked a bit unkempt. That should have been red flag enough for me to leave as soon as I entered. Management needs to DO BETTER. 9.89 WASTED. Corporate needs to refund my money bc times are too tough for this kind of foolishness. Sick of it. Truly.

Horrible sent breakfast burrito with hot sauce and ketchup And sent hamburger from the dollar menu quality of the food horrible hard likea rock as if has been sitting there for days! Completely sent what the wanted you to eat instead of ur actual order. Ripped me off! Never again! Gave me the run around when I called to get my order right...

The place was a bit crowded when we arrived, and the security guard had to escort a few people out. However, once we had our food and found a table, the atmosphere improved significantly as the crowd dispersed. The food was delicious and fresh. If this Burger King didn’t have security, my rating would have been lower, but they did a commendable job of keeping the place clear and free of disruptive individuals who could have ruined our dining experience.

You see, I spent the last fourteen years in a place where Burger Kings didn't have order kiosks, so I used this novel situation to customize my little bacon cheeseburger w/ jalapenos instead of pickles. It worked!
