Islam wouldn’t let any automate use the restroom even when they purchased item. Restaurant was dirty and there was many flies.
Came in made a $50 order and the cashier didn’t have change for $100 the manager was very rude and disrespectful cursing at cashier and me. I was told to go next to Popeyes. I walked out very bad experience, I will be making a complaint to the BBB
WHAT A SHAME, I’m crazy but the whopper is the best fast food burger on the planet. Why do these employees taint the name of the company. If you’re having a bad day take a walk, why take your frustrations out on people. I was making a $50 order my family was waiting on that order. They didn’t even understand, I was shocked how the manager treated the employee, kudos to that young man who composed himself before talking to me. I could imagine why goes on when the doors are locked. As much as I love burgers I rather cook them at home from now on, I will never bring my business to this place again. I know bk doesn’t need my $43 but I am disappointed in the treatment I received and I was pissed that I was told to go next door to Popeyes. They don’t have pride in what there doing or selling. I can no longer go to one of my favorite burger spots right around the corner from my own house. I’d rather follow there advice go to Popeyes or Taco Bell next door, or McDonalds across the street. Sad day
Yo I got spicy chicken fries and it came soggy and raw like be so fr and the cashier was chatting it up with her friend so she wasn’t doing her job and it took 15 minutes for chicken fingers, onion rings, and a jr whopper…
Unfortunately this place consistently gets our orders wrong. This happens every time we order online, and it happened to me just now even though I went there in person to try to avoid the online mistakes. I don't know if it's lack of attention or what the reason is, but I would recommend staying away from this branch if you care about getting your order right.
placed an order via ubereats and they cancelled it during a time that shows they were significantly less busy than usual. if they aren’t accepting orders then they need to take their store down.
This place is the worst place I’ve been to!!! I do a in store pick up, my food was sitting there for about an hour, she seen it and said nothing I was standing there for an hour telling the workers my food had been ready, and they ignored me.
This location is NEVER open @ 7am
I've been here @ 8am and they still weren't ready to do business

Ordered a chicken sandwich and an impossible burger. The impossible burger was totally undercooked, and when I was halfway through the chicken sandwich, I bit into a piece of hard plastic. Very gross, will not be eating there again.
Very disappointed. I came in and spent $15 for a dry impossible whopper and a small fry in a medium box. When I asked if it was a medium. She looked at me stern and said Yes, that’s a medium. I proceeded to my meal and noticed my sandwich wasn’t cut. As I turned around they were laughing and I confronted them about my uncut sandwich and grabbed me a plastic knife. Rude and I’ll never speak highly of this location

Customer service is horrific. Nobody wants to work over there, and all staff is extremely unfriendly. I don't understand how this particular restaurant is still open... Avoid this place

To pay $15.00 for the whopper with small fries and a small drink it’s not fair. This location is playing with the prices.
The place was clean. Quick service.

The predecessor to Burger King was founded in 1953 in Jacksonville, Florida, as Insta-Burger King. After visiting the McDonald brothers' original store location in San Bernardino, California, the founders and owners (Keith J. Kramer and his wife's uncle Matthew Burns), who had purchased the rights to two pieces of equipment called "Insta-machines", opened their first restaurants. Their production model was based on one of the machines they had acquired, an oven called the "Insta-Broiler". This strategy proved to be so successful that they later required all of their franchises to use the device. After the company faltered in 1959, it was purchased by its Miami, Florida, franchisees, James McLamore and David R. Edgerton. They initiated a corporate restructuring of the chain, first renaming the company Burger King. They ran the company as an independent entity for eight years (eventually expanding to over 250 locations in the United States), before selling it to the Pillsbury Company in 1967.
