Today I was here with my friend and we were pleasantly surprised. Very clean place, polite staff. No queue, service is very fast and good! Double Whopper was delicious. Special thanks to Jennet! You helped me a lot today with your kindness. I ask if the management of the chain reads this review - please reward the staff of this cafe. They do their job perfectly! And this is the best Burger King in the city!

I had gotten delivery from here quite a few times and although Criminally Expensive (like $40.00 for a burger and fries) the food was pretty good. Tonight it all went down the drain. The delivery guy left my food OUTSIDE ON THE SIDEWALK. He took a picture of it, outside, on the ground, and I got a text saying "Your delivery has been complete!" Well, I complained to Seamless, and they said "This is not the kind of experience we expect..." blah blah blah "we'll speak to the appropriate parties." (YEH RIGHT). You know what they did? I got a $5.00 refund - the driver's tip. I still had to pay $30.00 for wet, cold, rubbery, food that had been loft OUTSIDE on the sidewalk. I'm sure you don't care, and Burger King SURE doesn't care, and Seamless completely could care less, but keep in mind it's "little guys" like me spending $40.00 here and there on a cardboard-like burger that have been keeping you in business.

I had a dream about Burger King in America. I was traveling with my daughter, and I tried to order the Whopper that I had in Korea, but they said I had to try a new menu item that only exists in the U.S., so I ordered the Impossible Burger and my daughter ordered the Whopper. The result is~~~ The Whopper is really plentiful and delicious, and the conclusion that Impossible is Impossible is that it is a hamburger^^;;;

Today I went in for the second time I ordered 1 small fry, 2 plain fish and 4 piece nuggets. I get my order and the gentleman announced my order except he said 2 small fries. I said no one fry the young lady that took my order said I told her two small fries. Now my mistake was I didn't check my receipt because that's what she put down. I said you know what forget it I took my order. I arrived home and see 8 piece nuggets along with my 4 piece nuggets. The 8 piece nuggets were placed by a young lady before I ordered. I hate to be rude but they made another error a week ago I ordered 4 piece nuggets they put mozzarella sticks. Better training and better hearing.

The order was the original chicken sandwich meal with cheesy tots (Large). When my food was ready I asked for a plastic bag to carry my food due to me having something else in my other hand. The cashier proceeds tell me the plastic bags are for delivery. I offered to pay for the bag and the cashier had the audacity to huff and puff and walk away from me.

Really horrible service don’t understand English won’t let you use the bathroom and same person handling the money is also handling food . I been a Burger King fan for years until this really bad service
Pretty good the spice levels in my chicken fries were insane so that’s a good thing I love the Hershey pie from there and the fries were perfectly salted
