I only went to get free nuggets. The cashier had a very bad attitude. I showed the young lady my reward code on my phone under the divider. No problem. I showed the coupon code in the same position, she said she couldn't see it. So I lifted phone above register and closer to face. How was she able to read the first number and not the second number is beyond me. Everyone else was pleasant. Not everyone can handle lunch time rush in NYC.

Yuck, that was the worst Burger King meal I have ever eaten, the staff was really unfriendly and rude, yelling at each other as well. burger was cold, overcooked and just really bad.

I have never encountered any bad service at this particular BK. The orders are right & the cashiers seem to always be in a good mood. Very big difference than the 2 McDonalds in the area whose staff are altogether slow & unfriendly. With the choices I have I always choose this BK. Unfortunately I have been told by the staff that this BK will be closing. Shame. The nearest BK will be on 42nd between 8th & 9th. Not one I like to frequent because I have had too many errors on my orders & the dining room is not half as nice as the one on 7th.

Poorly assembled double Whopper with cheese. Burger had dry meat and was excessively slobbered with dressing. Staff seem to hate their job. I give 2 stars instead of 1 because upstairs seating was clean and spacious.
