The place looks dirty, the staff are rude, they gave me the food the moment I paid. I bought the SpongeBob combo, which by the way was nothing like the advertising; the cake was bad, soggy, and sticky, the burger looked weird and unappetizing, and the pineapple ice was over $20—not worth it. I also bought a Whopper combo, and afterward, when I asked if I could get a soda refill, they said no and refused to give me one. The bathrooms were closed and unusable, and the second floor was full of stuff to keep people from going up.

I did a take out order last night and they didn’t put my CLS wrap in there. I was very disappointed and they pretty much just stole that money. There’s no way we spend $70 not to get everything we paid for.
