My order was not brought to me or called out despite me using and paying via QR code at the restaurant table. When I asked about the status, the cashier said that it was being worked on. I ordered and received email confirmation at 2307. By 2330 I asked about my order again, to which the same cashier replied “it’s been up here and ready for 30 minutes.”
Once more, my order was never acknowledged or called out, and I don’t believe that the staff was honest with when the order was actually made. I opted not to eat my meal as the rest of my group had already finished with their food by the time my order was “completed,” despite having ordered at the same time.

Absolutely loved this place! Came here for a celebratory birthday lunch for my wife, along with her family visiting from Los Angeles! As you can see, the food was abundantly portioned (you get your monies worth!) AND the great taste was just as big! The hamburgers were juicy, and my father-in-law said afterwards, “You need to try the gyro. It was really good.” It was busy, but the staff were attentive through and through, asking if there were any questions to anyone looking like they needed assistance; usually you have to find someone to help, not here! They’re ready! Loved the open window/outdoor ambiance too. The tables were clean and anytime someone was finished, they were immediately cleaned for the next party! Truly a gem of a find, and can’t wait to go back and try their other items (their menu had so much to choose from)!
Well the good part was that the service was very quick and the food was very good. But the place was very small and had very limited seating and it was super busy at lunch time. My bacon cheeseburger was hot and cooked perfectly and the fries were crispy and hot too. It was very loud and packed with people and it definitely could have been cleaner but it's NYC... What did I expect? I'd recommend this place and I'd eat there again but I'd probably get it to go next time.

Disgusting service, exorbitant prices, quality sucks. We were asked if we wanted to eat here or take away, we clearly said for food. Nevertheless, it was packaged to take away. It was also clear that when you come into the store you don't feel welcome. The two women at the front of the checkout or counter have such an expression on their faces. Getting an overcooked cappuccino. Cheesecake was made of brick, ordered double espresso which came as an ice cream cafe. For the prices this is an absolute no go. Avoid this store and save your money. If it were possible, I would give exactly zero stars.

Ripped off tried to charge me for 6 pack of water then switched to $5 large water when I just wanted a regular water then they packed my gyro full of fat absolutely disgusting food $21 for nothing

God this place was terrible, I got a gyro because I had no cash only card and it was the worst I've ever eaten, I shoulda got cash from the atm and hit up the halal cart on the next block, this just flat out sucked, just awful
