I haven’t had Burgerfi since pre-covid since this location had closed and is now back open. I’m not sure what happened the past few years, but I used to LOVE Burgerfi, specifically this location, however the quality and portions have changed drastically. I understand inflation is bad, but for the amount of money you have to spend, it’s not worth it. You also used to give two patties standard which now seen to be just a single. They changed something that wasn’t broken to begin with sadly.

Had a great time here! Sat inside with a friend for dinner, but outside looked absolutely lovely. The menu is cute, and the vegetarian options looked really thorough. My friend got a chicken sandwich and I got the bacon cheeseburger and we were both really happy. She wasn't very hungry, and she said the chicken sandwich was a great amount for her, so I'd fear the portion might be a little small for a hungry person. My bacon cheeseburger was satisfying though! I got an order of "regular" fries and had to double check that it was regular because WOW, the most fries I've ever gotten at a restaurant I think. Like actually 5$ worth of fries. I loved that! They let us fill up our waterbottles at the soda machine. The space inside is pretty roomy as well, I didn't feel too close to any other customers or like they were overhearing us. Would come here again!
The best! Awsome menu great quality beef never frozen. Fresh cut fries,vegan menu, the in house sauces are the bomb ? must go and dine here! Been going since my Florida days! Nyc location is great! Awsome staff!

When I placed an order through the mobile app and picked it up from them when I arrived and the staff told me to give an extra 1-2 min will be ready. They have a double patty burger and huge fresh onion ring basket and it was worth the price and delicious. I would order from them again with friendly staff, and excellent services.

I placed an order with Grubhud (won't do that again) and when the delivery person refused to adhere to safety protocols in the store, Burgerfi called me. After a few calls to grubhud and two delivery delays, Irene from the restaurant was absolutely fantastic. My food was remade and I was even refunded. I have always enjoyed burgerfi, but now I love them and will be there soon to sit and enjoy the food and staff. I know I am a valued customer and my safety is a top priority with Burgerfi. Thank you soooo much!

I'm eating here as we speak and the food is absolutely delicious! Great place to get a meal after visiting The Met! The employees are friendly, the restaurant is clean, and everything is prepared perfectly! If you want a good burger in NYC, you have to come here!
