The food is excellent I always go for my sancocho but the poor service of the waitresses is incredible, they bring the cutlery to the table without polishing it and bring it in their hands ? without knowing if it is disinfected, the attitude of the waitresses is something out of the ordinary place they shout at the others they look at the customer in a bad way. A little more cleaning with the tables at the time of a person leaving it is in very bad taste to sit at a dirty table where there is scattered food from another person. Inspection should sit in surprise in this place and look at what is happening.

The waitress took our order and asked us what our preference was for the food. She returned and the order was opossite to what we asked for. The soup had too much salt and the rice was not fresh. I found elbow macarroni in the sancocho and asked yhe waitress about it. She informed me it was her mistake. She had served the macaroni at first and realized her mistake. I should have known better when I saw the B rating in the window. Stay away.

We had lunch at Burgo,’s on Dykman St today. A grain of white rice started moving on the plate. It was a white worm the same size as a grain of rice.it crawled on the red tablecloth. When brought to their attention, they grabbed our cash off the table for lunch and squashed the worm. We were completely

You're better off taking food to go from this place now- They used to serve good size portion of food & now they give you much less- You Cannot swap rice & beans for Veggies because they charge you Extra for that side dish- like Really? Then start giving customers the rice & beans to go- Since you're charging $8 Extra Just for steamed vegetables?... Won't return here or reccomend until things change. Waitress wasn't that friendly either- Didn't even bring me cup of water that I asked for.
When I tell you this is the best Dominican food on Dyckman I am not lying. Food here is outstanding. Big portions and great service. This isn’t a fancy place but the food is great.

Ordered baked chicken with rice and beans but once it arrived only rice and chicken arrived.. no beans Service was bad.. literally took them an hour to deliver two orders of lunch special... Person answering the phone took her sweet time to answer the phone!never order from here to deliver!!

In my experience I have never had a bad service like this u walk in and they don’t greet you the waitresses just looks at u and I guess u look for ur own table so I did me and my sister after waiting like 10minutes the waitress we got wasn’t rude she was pretty nice and they don’t have drinks like margarita or sangria but beer and shots yesAnd the food was not what I expected the grilled chicken garlic and it was horrible the rice had lil bits of hard rice in it my sister order the lemon grilled chicken with totones and the totones we’re good but the chicken looked the same as mine only difference was that one was lemon and the other one was garlic a lot of garlic I didn’t like that at all I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. The waitress in the other hand she was good and she wanted to take our chicken back to replace it with a new one, but we decided not to because it was already too much.
