Horrible and disappointing place. I came here for dessert and order a lemon meringue pie that was pure sugar and tasted old. My friend got a flan and it was flavorless and tasted old too. Not one time the server asked if everything was “ok” with the food.
When we told her that the pie and flan tasted old and horrible her only response was “I’m sorry about that” but still went ahead and charge the full amount.
Never coming back to this place and wouldn’t recommend either.

This is not your typical NYC diner. I wouldn’t get pastrami on rye or roast dinner.This is a restaurant that mainly serves Latin food which is great. But if you go in there with a notion that this is gonna be Americana diner food —you will be disappointed. We ordered chicken and waffles, this was a boneless chicken breast cut into three small strips. Chicken was tasteless and dry. Not tasty at all. Waffle was okay. Please seethe picture for reference. Also order a ham and cheese sandwich that was okay. Honestly not worth $50. Service was alright. The space is cozy and clean.
I’ve visited Bus Stop Diner three times. I’ve always found the food, employees and atmosphere to be perfection. Every dish has been so well made and nothing short of delicious! Will most definitely be back!
