Dry cake and greasy icing.. very disappointed with these. Maybe the main location is better

Ordered the chocolate cake for my co workers birthday the cake tasted Terrible! Definitely not the freshness that I’m used to.The cake kept crumbling, it was extremely dry and stale! As the Director of Operations for my firm I was trying to promote them as the firms go to company for cakes and let’s say they definitely disappointed!!!

Staff what quite unfriendly. There were also no prices on the cupcakes or packs. I was given a total before checking out and at checkout was charged a couple of dollars more (note, baked goods are exempt from sales tax so that was not it). On top of that, the store looked dirty. Will not be returning or ordering online.

Loved these cupcakes. They were light and fluffy with silky smooth buttercream and marshmallowy meringue. We got the ube, lemon raspberry meringue, and Salted caramel. They were all delicious and just the right proportion of icing and cake. Excited to go back for more.

The ABSOLUTE WORST! I ordered 3 dozen mini cupcakes for my daughters first birthday party. The day I’m supposed to pick up the cupcakes, they call me and told me their mini cupcake pans broke (?!?) and offered me 2 dozen full sized cupcakes instead. I ordered 3 dozen for a reason, because I need to have at least 1 for each person. They should’ve offered 3 dozen full sized cupcakes to make up for it. I don’t even have time to order cupcakes anywhere else. As if it’s not stressful enough planning a kid’s party. I will NEVER be ordering from here and I will warn my friends never to go here.

This bakery will always be my favorite. They staff is always friendly and kind and the cupcakes are some of my favorites in the city. I recommend the Ube cupcake, it’s delicious and moist and the perfect amount of sweetness. There prices are very reasonable too, will be continuing to be a regular!!!
