Terrible experience. Ordered catering from Butterfield and nothing came as ordered. For the price point, it is not worth it and I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Butterfield Kitchen 92nd StreetI've been coming in here for years. I always find something delicious. If you go late they mark everything down after 5pm. They are not only a very good bakery but they also provide catering. It's a great place to go in to have hot soup, coffee, and pastry. It's best for me to get prepared food to take home. They have one tall table to stand while you eat. In warm weather you can sit on the bench outside. They have a long history in the community. The big market is on Lexington and a new location just opened on Madison now. It's very close to my apartment. I Highly recommend.

It's a small storefront off a side street that is a decent place to pop in for a cup of coffee, a muffin or croissant, and some lunch items such as soup and sandwiches.Don't expect an all-out bakery or breads which the name of the place invokes. Can be a bit pricey but the quality justifies it for what they do offer.

We ordered holiday dinner from them...turkey, stuffing, ham, green beans.Everything was way below average - stuffing with no flavor (just bread crumbs, celery and some other flavorless ingredients)Turkey with no flavor, very chewy and. dryHam not goodI would not recommend We used to use Yura in the past on upper east side and stuffing, turkey, everything yummy...but they don’t cater anymore Really disappointed as Butterfield has good food in store , but catering not so greatCannot recommend

I came in here expecting the kind of average cappuccinos you find at those lunch buffet type places. I was so wrong, the cappuccinos are amazing! My boyfriend who is French is very picky about croissants and really like the ones here! I also picked up one of the protein+3 sides mezze plates for lunch when I was working from home today and everything was fresh and amazing. I'll be coming back here many many times since it's thankfully down the street from me.
