I loved how healthy and reasonably priced Beatnic was. Make sure to download their app for coupons, especially for first-time customers! I was really surprised how reasonably priced everything was as well. We loved both our wrap and salad. It was super fresh, and the chicken was great. I believe it was made from jackfruit! We also had the Mac n cheese and an order of fries. Everything tasted great.

Food quality has gone down tremendously since the revamp to beatnic and seems to not be a concern to corporate. Used to love this place now any order is 50/50 at best.

Absolutely insane employee went off on me because I asked if I could have an extra paper plate so I can share my salad with a friend. Totally ludicrous, I still don’t understand what was the problem and why I was treated that way for politely asking for a paper plate.

The food was excellent! The mac and cheese was SO good. It was the perfect place to go for a quick bite before the theater. Our server was not thrilled that we were there for some reason.

It’s a fast food joint and this location had really bad service. After we were served by a person who clearly didn’t want be working, we watched them climb on a counter to work on a piece of equipment, standing on a food prep area, then stepping down but never wiping it. The food was not good either - possibly a low point for me as a vegan. Black bean burger was dry and crumbly. My wife had the chicky wrap. It was marginally better but neither of us finished and we ended up finding somewhere else to eat.

This was the low point of our NY trip. First kudos for Beatnic for being all vegan yet every all vegan joint isn't 100 percent. The food wasn't filling. The veggie burger was okay if a bit small. The fries were cold and had to be replaced for fresh ones. The service was underwhelming and meze medley could have been better and was over priced. I suggest looking elsewhere. Can't believe this place I so high rated. If I am blown away I give five stars, four stars is an average. Three stars is if really am not too keen on it and two stars is rare. This was the low point of the NY trip. Best to find better vegan cuisine or any cuisine for that matter else where.

This spot is SO good. I got the Caesar chicky wrap. Definitely could use a bit of “spice”, so I used some Cholula, but overall it was an amazing meal. I was working from the WeWork up the street, and it’s a quick 4 min walk, plant based goodness, and walked it back. Overall 10/10. Definitely would recommend if you’re in the Times Square area. If you’re looking for a sit-down sort of fancier spot, this is NOT IT. But a great grab-and-go spot.

I had the guac burger. It was lovely. The pesto was a bit too lemony for me. Overall was happy to find a place where I could eat for under$20 so close to times square.

Tiny spot to grab a quick vegan bite. Had a burger, was ok. Fries were not hot. Lady taking orders didn't seem to like her job, and reflects in this review and ratings. Would probably only come back if no other options after a drunken night of drinking to get a vegan burger with cold fries...

I’ve eaten there before and every time is worse, today was my last time. Only deserts are good there; I had there the worse sweet potato fries I ever had they took a long time to make them I had other items (very spicy btw),then I couldn’t eat them, they were uncooked and all sticked together for almost 6 dollars doesn’t worth it, I acknowledge the woman who was there the fries were bad she just said “okay”

Another option for Plant base.My choice was okIn my opinion, they need to marinate they food more so the infusion of the herbs can blend better in the food.Once a person enjoys what they do....it's a much better experience and outcome.

I was in Chelsea and wanted to get a quick veggie lunch and online saw Beatnic - Flatiron location so preordered some sides. I got the mac n cheese with the dried mushrooms on the side, the cauliflower bites, and the chicken tenders. the cauliflower bites were really good; the mac n cheese decent and i’m glad i got the dried mushrooms on the side; the chicken tenders were a disappointment overall a good and quick veggie place

I’ve had most of the menu items at this point and I’ve never regretted a choice. I’m always full and feel like I got more than my money’s worth.
