We were incredibly impressed at C as in Charlie. Every single dish we had was very good - 3 of them were exceptional. The mozzarella/green pepper with soy balsamic was insanely good, the ribs were melt in your mouth and the prawn roll delicious too. Service was excellent and the restaurant had a real buzz/warmth to it. Absolutely shouldn’t be missed. Surprisingly reasonably priced too.

I LOVE C as in Charlie! From the food to the incredible service I can’t wait to come back soon. I got the seoul’sbury steak and the oxbone cream pasta and would HIGHLY recommend.

Pretty good food and surprisingly great service! The food wasn't very frou-frou, just simple small plates done very well.

Oxbone cream pasta was delightfully rich (but not overly so), seoul'sbury steak was peak comfort food, and the popcorn chicken was pretty standard chicken with a good gochu glaze. The dessert was also really delicious although a bit hard to eat. Drinks were good too, server brought out little samples of each thing which was great for my decision paralysis.

Mushroom bibimbap was great, everything else forgettable. Service was great. Honestly on the expensive side for what you get

A truly delightful dining experience with small plates that don’t disappoint. We particularly loved the tartare, with finely diced tomato and a well balanced ginger sesame dressing. It’s hard to believe that the words “great beet hummus” but trust me! Also the persimmon salad with yuzu yogurt - wow. We also really enjoyed the play on a bagel and cream cheese for dessert - very fun and a great punch of flavors with the homemade strawberry jam. Will def return!

Pro tip: the bathroom is a must visit.

The seoul’sbury steak was my favorite! It was flavorful and the grits complemented the jus on the steak really well. Other dishes we ate (mushroom bibimbap and oxbone cream pasta) were great too. The staff were very friendly.

Great food great service great vibes. You have to try the popcorn chicken, mushroom bibimbap, fried potatoes, seoulsbury steak and grits. Service is lightning fast and everything we ate was completely delicious! Also the sweet tea is great and only 99 cents :) would definitely return!

@c.asincharlie is a Korean fusion styled tapas restaurant, so their food is best shared with about 2-3 plates per person. Service was friendly and food came really fast (plates were taken away a bit too fast), and our waitress was very kind and treated us to a round of shots as birthday celebration.

While everything tasted yummy and flavorful, only the steak was a standout to me with its unique umami. The other dishes were not as memorable in my opinion.
