A truly delightful dining experience with small plates that don’t disappoint. We particularly loved the tartare, with finely diced tomato and a well balanced ginger sesame dressing. It’s hard to believe that the words “great beet hummus” but trust me! Also the persimmon salad with yuzu yogurt - wow. We also really enjoyed the play on a bagel and cream cheese for dessert - very fun and a great punch of flavors with the homemade strawberry jam. Will def return!
The seoul’sbury steak was my favorite! It was flavorful and the grits complemented the jus on the steak really well. Other dishes we ate (mushroom bibimbap and oxbone cream pasta) were great too. The staff were very friendly.
Great food great service great vibes. You have to try the popcorn chicken, mushroom bibimbap, fried potatoes, seoulsbury steak and grits. Service is lightning fast and everything we ate was completely delicious! Also the sweet tea is great and only 99 cents :) would definitely return!
@c.asincharlie is a Korean fusion styled tapas restaurant, so their food is best shared with about 2-3 plates per person. Service was friendly and food came really fast (plates were taken away a bit too fast), and our waitress was very kind and treated us to a round of shots as birthday celebration.
While everything tasted yummy and flavorful, only the steak was a standout to me with its unique umami. The other dishes were not as memorable in my opinion.

SUCH A VIBE. Definitely recommend coming here for date night or friend hang if you can snag a resy! From the cozy, cool atmosphere, to the incredible food, you are sure to have a great time. I highly recommend the popcorn chicken. It’s amaaaazing. Definitely coming back soon! Portions are great and also can’t beat the prices.

Their tuna tartare was an unexpected standout and their popcorn chicken was quite good too! The deli bagel looked amazing but left a little bit to be desired as the shell/bun had little flavor. Additionally, their oxbone cream pasta left something to be desired and didn’t bring much unique taste to the table other than “creamy.”
Despite these critiques, however, I would still heartily recommend this place!
C as in Charlie is a great spot with a creative and flavorful menu. The food is impressive—a unique blend of flavors that really shows off their creativity. The Korean Popcorn Chicken was the standout for me, packed with flavor and perfectly cooked. Mushroom dish was a nice touch, and the oxbone cream pasta and tuna tartare were both solid dishes as well.
The service was super attentive, making sure we were well taken care of throughout the meal. The ambiance is cute and cozy, with dim red lighting that sets a relaxed vibe.
If I could, I’d give it 4.5 stars—definitely worth a visit!
It’s hard to be blown away in New York but this place didn’t disappoint! Food was excellent and the service was lovely. We shared the tuna, popcorn chicken, steak, pasta and shrimp toast, plus banana pudding for dessert between the two of us and it was ideal. Not cheap but worth it - I’d go back in a heartbeat!
