The food is delicious! I usually order tacuhos, cachapas, empanadas, and jugo de chinola. The service is usually good, but it can be inconsistent due to their extremely busy times! The atmosphere is upbeat and the neighborhood could be dangerous. Be careful when leaving your car double parked to get your order; you can get a ticket.

i went in here for a lunch break late night, ordered some pastellitos of chicken and ate them, my hour is almost finished and security tells me he needs the table and i said im sitting here ill be done in a minute, security grabbed my belongings and kicked me out for just sitting there, terrible service and the food here was alright nothing to write home about, overall would not recommend

I just want to know in what universe a cachara goes with lettuce, tomato and tomato sauce, it is a CACHAPA NOT A sandwich, that goes with d3 Mano cheese, ham, cream and maybe chorizo, chicharrón or meat but I don't mind those things That they say they sell Venezuelan food and it seems more like Dominican food, I know that in this area there are many Dominicans but if the place says CACHAPA AND THE CACHAPA IS VENEZUELAN then sell something legitimate

I only been to this location twice. Once during covid when you couldn't go inside and had to wait for your food outside. So the other day was my first time actually going into the dyckman location. There is definitely a difference with the ridgewood location as I have been to that one various times. The Ridgewood location is more friendly and homey. They are very nice even when it’s packed. Also its more convenient in regards to parking compared to Dyckman. The dyckman location customer service is lacking. Also, for some reason the ridgewood location food is more tasty.
Racists ass people if you not Dominican they not helpful and it's sad to say but that was my experience I paid for my order and they would not let me back in to pick up my order that was already paid for because they were defending a Dominican girl that tried to come at me in the street while i was waiting outside for my food ... how do you not let a paying customer come pick up their food after it was paid for already because one of their own came outside to start trouble with you for no reason while you waited for your food outside simply outrageous and racist clearly they stick to their own whether you are a paying customer or not how dare you tell me I can't come back in to get my order after it was paid for to save a girl that started a problem with you outside while you were waiting for the order you already paid for oh I'm sorry it's because she was Dominican like them and they have to stick together right !??? Little do they know you are in the industry and can pass along the racism and fraud going on in there how dare you refuse someone to pick up their food after it was already paid for because one of their own thought they were brave to start a problem with you while you waited outside for your food to be ready and literally did nothing but wait outside while they entertain drunk people starting problems on the outside for no reason like I said don't recommend they are very racist there and refuse to give you your order that was paid for already because they were protecting their kind ....never even tried to offer a refund or fix the issue so basically I paid for food I never got .....0 put of 0!
