Great night out celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary. Even though I mentioned this via the reservation and to the server several times, there was no special attention made. Food was great, inventive, delicious. Service was attentive. Som was very good.

It was great all over. From the receptionist who gave us an indoor seating on a rainy night, to the amazing food - one of the best steaks I've had, and the amazing service. Thank you for such an amazing experience!

This was my worst restaurant visit in years - probably even the worst ever. I invited my friends and collectors after an art opening at my Gallery because I loved the restaurant used to go there at least once a week. I wanted to share it with my people. The manager was incredible obnoxious and rude it was shocking. My colleague actually left because he was so rude. The restaurant was completely empty and I had 2 more people in my group then we booked. Even though we could have sat near each other, they made our tables sit on opposite sides of the restaurant. I did not expect to join the table into a big table, but even I would expect in an empty restaurant to sit next to each other but they said it was "impossible." There was a small table next to our table which was empty and after the only other table in the restaurant left, it was empty the rest of the evening. The manager made me and a friend of mine eat at the bar separate from our party. While I paid around 2000 US$ they treated us with disrespect. I understand if the restaurant was packed and busy, but it was completely empty and when I asked to just add another table they again said it was "impossible" .... but there was no one in the restaurant but us. It was completely snarky and rude and there was absolutely no hospitality whatsoever. It is unfortunate when a restaurant has such great food and service that is just despicable and not to mention rude to their guests. Meanwhile I shared with some friends and learned that I am not the only one who get's treated like that at Altro Paradiso.

Sublime dining experience! Terrific service (professional, fun, informed, discreet) and just fantastic food. We've been here many times but brought foodie friends visiting from New Zealand. They loved the fresh flavors, perfectly sized portions, and the fact that every dish was stellar!

Not bad but nothing memorable, save for the fennel salad which was the highlight. Had three pastas, papardelle, malfatti, and cacio Pepe, all in the same cream sauce more or less. This isn't a negative but could've used a little more diversity in ordering. All the preparations were tasty but $54 for branzino could've used a little more oomph. Also fries served with hot sauce dip kept thinking it was ketchup and was catfished each time.
The pork chop was outstanding. Pasta was the closest we've had to pasta in Italy. We all loved it!!

i most often dine solo here... at the bar invited a couple of friends from la to dine with me last night on the "other side" it was a delightful evening, with my guests not only loving the food, but also the level of service!! a fantastic evening no one should ever leave this restaurant without trying the pomodoro 😊😊 thank you!
