The prices are incredibly high. What is wrong in the USA? Coffee, croissant and granola around USD 30. Unbelievable, Switzerland is a bargain right now.

Yummy sandwich and great pain au chocolat. Cold brew was good as well. Lady at the register wouldn’t look me in the eyes and was completely disinterested which wasn’t great.
This is difficult. I went here twice in as many days. Dinner was 5 stars, the food, the service, everything. The cheesecake was hands down the best I've ever had. Had I not gone back the next day this review would have been 5 stars. In the morning, we had 3 coffees and few small food items from the display, $70 later the quality was immensely disappointing. The icing on the cake was the fact that we were subjected to FOX News on the TV. This is Times Square, not Kentucky, read the room.
transparently i got this through a tgtg order so i knew i wasn't getting the freshest pastries but for the price this was definitely worth it! i got an almond croissant (not the best ive ever had but did the job), olive oil chocolate bread (couldn't finish because it was too rich for me), and a whole loaf of raisin/nut bread (yum!)

Due to our overnight stays and the forced payment of a service fee from the Moxy Hotel, we tested the cafe for breakfast several times. The food is solid and tasty. The service is very friendly and attentive. However, the prices are sometimes significantly too high and the enforced tipping fee of 15% for hotel guests is outrageous.

Overpriced $12 for a small bread pudding. The price tag says $ 7.25 but when I got to the cashier it was $ 12.

Baristas are always incredibly rude. Coffee and pastries are overpriced for the quality.

Bread was very old and stale
We loved this cafe! We had breakfast here everyday for 7 days while in New York, and we were always greeted with a smile and genuinely happy staff.
Alina and Carolina were simply amazing and our morning sunshine.
Thank you so much!

On our first day in NY we were looking for something to eat for breakfast.
What can I say: We were there every morning to try our way through very tasty sandwiches, sandwiches and other delicacies.
Whether tea or many types of coffee, everything is fresh and prepared by very friendly staff.
Highly recommended
You have to say goodbye to prices in Germany in NY anyway.

I've been a loyal customer in their different locations.
Their breads and baked-good are exceptionals!!!!
The high quality and complexs flavors are just BEYOND.
One more reason for me to come back to their MOXY location is Andy (who is unfortunately moved on to his next life-chapter) and Daisy (with her extra-positive-happy attitude).
Those two have made me feel so welcome to their bakery/coffee shop.
Every time they greeted me with the biggest smile, and have had the knowledge of their products and knew what to recommend to me based on what I love to eat.
*Kudos to the managment team who is so supportive of their AMAZING team!!!??

My go to spot in Midtown. Best coffee & baguettes in New York, but what keeps me coming back is the excellent staff-- in particular Jose, Alina, Carolina, & Valeria.
