The coffee was pretty good but seating was limited, definitely not a place you can camp out for a long time

Undrinkable cut.
Pretty run of the mill cafe, nothing that sets it apart from any other you’d find in any other city, with the exception that there’s nowhere to plug in a laptop and no wi-fi. So if you’re planning on getting work done here, make sure it’s in a notebook.

The ambiance is incredibly relaxing and the decor is beautifully done. The coffee here is by far the best in the area. The young guy with long hair wearing a woolly beanie hat is very friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall great experience. I'm so glad to have finally found such a fantastic coffee spot in New York. A massive well done!
It's nothing to write home about but it's good enough. $6.50 for a vanilla latte felt a bit steep for the size but nothing completely wild. Staff is friendly. Coffee is good. Wasn't too busy. That's really all I'm looking for in a place.

Whole milk iced matcha for $7.5 did the job. Decent seating. Not fantastic lighting. Was a good afternoon pick-me-up and it was not busy.

Stopped by at 3:15 pm and was told they no longer had espresso because they began shutting it down 1 hour and 45 min before closing.

In the morning ?, we had 2 coffee ☕☕ at Cafe Grumpy. It was strong, with fresh aroma, nice. The guy was just as grumpy as cafe Grumpy but nice coffee.

The vibes and the coffee is great here! It’s fast and delicious. Had a great conversation with the barista and it’s in a great spot. Did not leave grumpy!
Terrific cafe with great coffee, and charismatic staff. Albert is so much fun!
