This hotel was simply brilliant ! Mi wife and I truly enjoyed the hotel and the service from the employees. The were very supportive when I need to receive some packages (Lori) The hotel had a wonderful atmosphere of New York and it was calmed and near by all the places. Definetly will come back here.
The staff here super friendly and available 24/7. We stayed here for one night and had a great experience. The rooftop bar was a huge bonus and we enjoyed a pre dinner drink up there. Great location in Chelsea. Would absolutely come back!
I had the best time at The Moore. Where do I start.. The staff were super friendly, location is great, easy access to many local places to eat or hop on the subway. There are a couple of lines 5 minutes away. Yes, the rooms are small and I was a solo traveller so wasn't a problem for me. I found the room so cosy, clean and serviced every day. I can imagine it might be a squish if there are two of you or if you are tall. I found the room so cosy after a long day of sight seeing....
