Needed to escape the cold. Ordered a caramel latte and a chocolate chip cookie at 4:45pm on a Friday. The cookie was still warm and soft. The latte was very tasty. I would come here again if/when in the area.

I was walking by and saw the advertisement for the butter pecan oat latte and ordered the butter pecan oat latte. Nothing about it was a latte or even a coffee. It was drip coffee, watered down with 5 teaspoons of sugar. Absolutely terrible coffee. I didn’t even finish it.

Had a cappucino and smoothie.. asked for a hazelnut cappuccino and it didn't have the slightest hint of hazelnut and did not taste anything like a cappuccino.. big mistake! Smoothie was ok

I accidentally placed an $80 order at the wrong location all the way across the city. I didn’t want to pay $40 for a car to take me across town so I went to the nearest location and asked if they could help me refund/cancel the order. The employees here are absolutely amazing. There were 3 on the floor, one male and 2 female. They all tried their best helping me out, they were quick to find a solution and even went so far as to call the other store and find the manager. Luckily the kind lady refunded it and was able to make my order at this location. Love it here!

Really enjoyed stopping by Cafe Aroma after visiting the nearby center. We came in to warm up with tea, and I had a hibiscus tea, which was lovely. The atmosphere felt cozy and calm, and I really appreciated how clean and well kept everything was.
There’s a good selection of sandwiches and drinks, and the seating is comfortable. Overall, a very pleasant spot if you’re in the area and looking for a nice place to relax, warm up, and grab something simple and good.👍
