All I can say is I do not recommend. Came here for a quick breakfast and all our orders were messed up and missing food. Coffee was made so poorly that it went straight to the garbage. Save your money and time.

it’s ok but there’s got to be 20+ coffee spots with 2 blocks so it’s fine - you can do better if the vibe doesn’t work for you.

•Convenient location: walking distance from my hotel
•Staff are kind and quick to serve
•Clean dining area and pretty cafe interior, although it can get crowded at times
•Pastries and coffee are good! Try their muffins and pistachio croissant! 🥐🧁

Very good espresso
Do not go here if you're looking for a good bagel. These are not bagels. I should have listened to the guy on the street who pointed me elsewhere. I nodded my head and I pretended to go in the direction that he sent me (didn't want to offend him). And then I came here. And now I'm regretting it. This is just bread.

Perfect for a quick bite. Not the best tasting food ever but it does the job. Desserts are good and the service was great. Very polite Latino man was serving us

The food was delicious- the staff however, so rude! We ordered 2 açaí bowls, fruit waffles, egg and cheese croissant, and oatmeal/fruit bowl and 5 drinks- it was a bit over $100. My niece grabbed my açaí bowl when they called my number. Employee then told her she grabbed the wrong one so she couldn’t get hers. I explained no, it was mine and we ordered her one as well. She continued to tell my niece she wasn’t giving her one since she took mine. I finally grabbed my receipt and showed her I ALSO ordered and paid for an açaí bowl. She then made my nieces. After several minutes and orders called my daughter was still missing a drink. I went to ask for it and showed the receipt again. The cashier told the gal (same one from before) who then proceeded to look over my receipt again and look over at my table. Finally she made the drink. I don’t appreciate after spending over $100 to have several insinuations that we didn’t order/pay for food.

Satisfying but not overwhelming. Solid fare but nothing special. Good variety. Egg sandwich is not fancy but hits the spot, the bacon is quality. Bagel with cream cheese is alright, but not very exciting as far as the NY bagel standards go. Bagel was kinda dry, and strawberry cream cheese seemed slightly fake. Matcha latte was also fine. Solid cafe vibe, but not a whole lot of seating. Overall good experience.

I was surprised how quickly our order was ready even with a busy restaurant. More seating downstairs
Great place, coffee delicious (for me if the coffee is still delicious after no sugar is the best) and the bagels with the house cream cheeses are amazing.

Cafe Aroma is an absolute gem if you are staying in Manhattan near Central Park and Times Square. This bakery and coffee shop is truly amazing and quickly became part of my daily routine during my stay in New York.
The bakery selection is outstanding with great quality pastries, baked goods, and fresh options every day. You can also order sandwiches, which are perfect for breakfast or a quick lunch. Their warm drinks including coffee, tea, and shakes are excellent and very comforting, especially in the morning.
Every morning, I would get ready, stop by Cafe Aroma, grab something fresh to eat and a warm drink, and start my day feeling energized and happy. It was the perfect way to begin each day in Manhattan.
If you are staying near Central Park or Times Square and looking for a reliable, high quality coffee shop and bakery, I highly recommend visiting Cafe Aroma. It is a fantastic spot for breakfast, coffee breaks, and quick bites while exploring New York City.
