The food was good and exactly what we needed in a time crunch. The sandwiches were hot and delicious. The texas toast style breakfast sandwich was a little runny on the eggs which I wasnt a fan of since it was scrambled but it was good. The croissant sandwich was amazing. The employees were very nice and helpful. I would definitely return here.
Food was abysmal and not fit for rats , the attitude and service was worse , talking out loud criticising their customers , go next door the food is fresh cooked, cheaper and the staff are very helpful .
Wanted something quick for breakfast. Went a couple of times while on vacation. Got a bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich one morning and a sausage, egg, and cheese croissant another. They were both really good! They were $8-9 each. Constant traffic, but not super crowded.
The rudest people I've ever seen. We were tourist from Michigan. We ate here for lunch before going to some exhibits. We were OUT the door on the sidewalk walking and the man working in the cafe asked my boyfriend to return his tray to the cart. That alone is disturbing. But there were no signs or indication where to return the tray, so he left it on table. Are you kidding me? What a joke. And the ditz working the cashier area was so bored and literally looked liked she rolled of a curb. What a way to treat a paying customer.
A total gem in NY! Love that it’s a quick grab and go type of cafe. I was able to go in, buy some breakfast, and head back to my hotel real quick. My family loved the breakfast sandwiches! The homemade parfaits are a must try too! Best parfaits I’ve ever had!
Food is good but the staffs attitude has put me right off first they tried to charge me double for 1 bottle of coke he did apologise then the other guy serving was quite sour then they had the cheek to tell me the rubbish goes In the back now how am I supposed to know this when I'm not from nyc there is no way of knowing where to put it I always said they're a bit funny In there shocking g reading some of the reviews excellent customer service???? Not my experience I will not be back especially after reading the reviews
We stayed at rhe hotel nearby, and we had an amazing breakfast in cafe Bravo.Morning coffee and breakfast sandwich just delicious, staff always welcoming and friendly, I must say coming from France, the coffee was just tasty, and bravo for the music while staying in the Cafe eating our breakfast.Bravo, bravo.
This is a great early morning spot to grab grub in the Financial District. Great, fun staff. Delicious food. Gotta check out the Le Bron James of breakfast sandwiches. Bacon, egg, cheese on French toast. ?
Almost all our breakfasts were eaten at Cafe Bravo during our time in New York. It is busy and congested in the mornings, so you will have a tough time getting a table after ordering at the counter. However, the sandwiches were consistently delicious and hearty, the coffee with milk and sugar hit the spot every time, and it truly is the best place to people watch as people go about their morning business.
This is a great breakfast and coffee spot in the Financial District. Great service. Friendly staff. Tasty food!!

Granted this location is a busy tourist area however once I was able to find a seat in a busy Saturday morning, the customer service here is just awful.Eggs were under cooked, and my sandwich had bits of aluminum in it. I’m convinced that this is the standard here! Avoid this place or if not you’ll have to get you’re stomach pumped! ?
Love the placePastries are always fresh (not hard or super dry)1 star off because last time i ordered a iced coffee latte and the dude LITERALLY gave me a cup full of foam. I should've know the second he gave me the cup that the reason the ice was at the bottom because the rest of the cup was filled with foam.
Shady! Make sure to ask for a receipt and watch out for the custom amount at the end of the bill. We got an extra $5 added. When I asked they gave me some sappy story of how they mistakenly added bacon instead of cheese. So they gave me $1.25 back. Math still doesn’t make sense. I also heard some one else question their bill . Beware! You’ve been warned!!$5 is not going to break my bank but imagine how much they are making if they charge each customer a couple dollars! Very annoyed!
Probably the best meal yet?
Very good and easy place for a quick bite or some dessert! My family and I have come back here both times we have visited from California. It's very cozy and cute, will likely return again.
