The service was impeccable: kind and efficient servers who took care of everything we needed without us even having to ask! Wide range of food options and ambience was pleasing
Cafe D'Alsace never disappoints. Welcoming staff, consistently excellent food, and a lovely atmosphere. A welcome respite from the hustle and bustle of the city.
We had the croissant basket and they were delicious flaky and buttery. The 4 of us had eggs Benedict and they were done perfectly. The sauce was flavorful yet not overwhelming. The best we have had in a long time. Our server was attentive. We will go back.
Such a lovely place to dine. The kitchen staff pays attention to requests- I asked for a two egg omelette not browned and it was cooked to perfection. The restaurant was busy but they listened. All the dishes at our table arrived properly prepared and hot. Great waitstaff as well.
Always a favorite when I visit the UES of NYC. It's consistently a beautiful atmosphere, wonderful and attentive service, good drinks and delicious food. It's also fair pricing for the high quality!
Second time dining there-this time we were a party of 3. I ordered the pork chop and it was cooked to perfection-medium and o so juicy and the addition of apples topped it off. Love this neighborhood restaurant!
The greeters were warm and welcoming, and we were promptly seated at a lovely table just inside, facing outdoors — the perfect spot to enjoy a fall morning. The coffee was strong and just what we needed to start the day. Our table ordered the Omelette Maison, Omelette Lorraine, and the Grilled Chicken Club — all were flavorful, well-prepared, and made for the perfect start to a beautiful day. The service throughout was attentive and very good, adding to an overall excellent brunch experience.
The Tarte Flambe was excellent, as always, and the Navarin d'Agneau superb. My companions enjoyed the Steak and Duck dishes they had and we shared two classic desserts, the Apple Tarte and the Creme Brulee. The waiter was very knowledgeable about the available bees, which my son greatly appreciated. It was a very lovely meal and a good time was had by all three of us, which included a dear friend from out of town. - BarryO
Cafe Del Sace doesn't disappoint. The food is excellent. Love their chopped salad. And although bigger would be better, the tuna tartar was delicious. Jacquline our waitress was great. She suggested I have the pork chops since I said I often get the steak frites. It was like everything else, delicious. And the deserts. I don't even usually like banana bread, but this was like a banana bread desert muffin with whipped cream and berries. And the chocolate tart was very good. Overall a great experience!
Especially oved the cushioned chairs, wine list, dessert & pleasant service. Great to gather with friends.

The food, service and ambience was superb. A little noisy but everyone was having a good time, so.... We will be returning- regularly
Met for lunch with a friend. The staff was very kind and prompt, our waiter that we nicknamed Mr. Oat Milk was extremly attentive, kind and professional. Will return.
The choucroute at lunch was totally unsatisfactory. It was not really hot when brought to the table, the potatoes were lukewarm and flavorless and the pork was very dry.
Love Cafe D’Alsace and Ksenia took great care of us, she is the best.
