this place is shameful, ppl only eat their bc of conveniency. they are extremely overpriced, $12 for a tuna sandwich. another costumer mentioned this as well in their review but I got charged for a different amount than the displayed price, didnt bother disputing since I was in s rush, but i def wont be returning.

If I could give a zero I would. First off, prices are never the same and they charge what they want depending on the time of day and most people don't notice. Secondly, the food is already overly expensive and not worth it. Lastly, the staff behind the grill is rude, has a nasty attitude and is very disrespectful. I'm not sure how he is still employed. I will never buy anything from this place again, I rather walk further to go somewhere else.

So I began working across the street march of this year. I can honestly say that I’ve witnessed the Spanish guys behind the counter give preference to Spanish speaking customers over the last 7 months of coming here. I walked in this morning, the cook looks at me,tell his friend to take my order. He doesn’t bother to do so. Then the cook comes back to take my order. I’m literally looking at them baffled as to what exactly is the purpose of this. I’ve made a simple order of an egg and cheese on a roll that took nearly 20 mins. I waited while watching other customers come up,order after me and get their food before me. At this point I’m fed up with this place and will be taking my service elsewhere. They can keep their overpriced food and horrible service. Btw,when people order sandwiches without meat but still get a chunk in their food, it’s disgusting. I’ve literally had to throw away my order because of it. Then I realized that they cook everything with the same utensils and in the same are smh. The females at the registers are godsends tho. I wish them the best of luck.

I work at the hospital for 35 years and have gone to this deli many times. I would always call in my order with Julie. I ordered a cinnamon bagel with butter, egg white and turkey bacon and when I got to my office the sandwich also had Jelly on it. I immediately call the store and ordered a different sandwich. When I arrived at the store, I did not have my wallet because I ran from my office and was told by a young staff member that I could not have the wrap because there was a $4 difference and I needed to order the same sandwich and he said he would have the wrap and the sandwich with Jelly for breakfast. I then spoke to the manager and he again said $4 was a big difference and he could not give me the sandwich for that amount but I could have come back with the money. Where is the courtesy of the time I spent leaving my office and returning to the store because of an error of the person taking the food order. I can't image how much money I have spent in this store over the years. I remember when it was a diner before becoming a deli.

Overall, good place, Food is delicious with a variety of choices. The only quom I have with this place is that it is overly pricey, and their method of pricing is confusing. For example, the food they charge by the pound is blurred at the register, so when they measure the weight of the food ,you can't really see the actual weight to determine if your being charged correctly .

This place has employees with the worst attitudes but most of all, the quality of their food is subpar. I once paid for a BEC with Avocado. The extra avocado was $3.75 and I when I opened the sandwich the bread was moldy and it’s a single avocado slice equal to roughly 1/6th of an avocado. At that price point I expect at least 1/2 of the avocado on my sandwich. They also charge an additional $1 for breakfast last 11am
