I see why this place has “ok” ratings—because that’s exactly what it is.
At the register, the cashier rushed to ring me up and even snatched the straw I was reaching for right out of my hand, saying, “I got it.” I told her I didn’t need help and that snatching was unnecessary. Instead of apologizing, she gave push back, insisting she was “just helping” and brushing off my concern. The exchange felt dismissive and set a negative tone. I let her know I didn’t appreciate that since I was already getting my own straw and didn’t need help. It felt unnecessary and frankly rude.
I understand they were rushing to move customers in and out, but snatching is not acceptable and made the interaction unpleasant. If this is the level of customer service here, I wouldn’t come back. Overall, the sandwich and coffee were just okay—nothing special.

The guy in the front desk is really mean. Went there on a Saturday night, while I waited for my sandwich I asked the guy if I could charge my phone since I was out of battery, and he said “no”…. I thought ok that’s how it is here, but then he charged me extra for what I ordered and didn’t respect the cash payment prices… Then as if it wasn’t enough I grabbed a piece of paper tissue (since I didn’t see the napkins in my bag at first) and put it in my bag and then the guy shuts at me as if I was stealing something, I showed him what I grabbed so he could let me go… Oh yeah also very overpriced, never coming there again!

Paid $12 for a small coffee and a little turkey bacon egg and cheese, only if I knew what was coming…Also the guy who was taking my order had an attitude and was unhappy. The food wasn’t bad and actually nicely done but way too small for $8.50. My suggestion is to go to somewhere else where they charge less and cook the same, cause this place is hella greedy!

The food is okay. They always give wrong order and this is the second time. They mixed everything in my bowl when I chose the specific toppings. Also, the guy in front desk is very rude and disrespectful.

My favorite go to place for breakfast when I’m at work. Their hot buffet, which is only available Monday to Friday, is good too!

I walked in there and was amazed by the hand sanitizer and gloves they had ready for customers to use in order to get their food from the buffet! The food is also amazing!

I tried to order a juice at 7 AM, but the staff refused to make it, saying the “juice guy” wasn’t in yet—despite there being four employees just sitting around. It felt like they simply didn’t want to do it, which is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. I won’t be returning.

As someone who works nearby and has been a regular customer for months, I’m really disappointed with how this deli is handling pricing. The cost of my usual sandwich seems to change every day, with no explanation. Most recently, I was charged an extra $6.00 just for avocado—something that’s always been part of my order and never cost more than $5.50 in total.
It’s frustrating and feels like hospital employees are being taken advantage of, especially when we're just trying to grab a quick bite during a long shift. Transparency and consistency matter, and unfortunately, this place is seriously lacking both.
for an order of bacon, cheese and tomato with NO EGG on white bread.
It somehow cost 8.50?!
Never again. Yiiiiiikes! Absolutely unacceptable.

Professional price gougers taking full advantage of the hospital workers. Be aware they charge more during lunch time just because they can. Do yourself a favor and walk to 2nd ave where youll find delis charging normal NY prices

The food is too expensive, you won’t know the price until you tell them cash or card. The customer service sucks. They seem like they don’t care if you buy or not.
