Absolutely the best customer service I have ever experienced. No doubt would be coming back. Took the order via grubhub and even labeled each meal with the persons name under the special instructions. Didn’t even ask for that. Dealt with 60+ orders phenomenally.
Decent service and comfortable seating space, but the food seems just okay here. The quality seems low, but I guess comparing the prices to other brunch spots nearby and Manhattan diners, it makes sense. I still wouldn't pay the price for what we got though. We got pancakes (regular and chocolate chip) and they were just alright. They were thin and floppy (not very fluffy, but they weren't dry). The chocolate chips in the chocolate chip pancakes saved the flavor, but...
I had breakfast and dinner here on my recent trip. The open-faced hot turkey sandwich was JUST what I needed after a long day of traipsing around the city. The French toast and scrambled eggs were great, and I don't know what brand of coffee they use, but it was SO good. The staff was great, and there were a lot of regulars there, which is always a good sign. I have another trip coming up soon, and I'll be sure to visit!
