The staff at this location is incredible ?
They’re so kind and friendly. They made the best hibiscus lemonade for me and my friends. Definitely coming back to try the lattes and pastries :)

I’ve ordered about six drinks here — all of them cortados — and every time I get something that IS coffee but isn’t a cortado and isn’t anything like the prior cortados I’ve received here. Consistency is not in the vocabulary here. And why have items on the menu the baristas can’t even make? Unskilled and careless baristas are giving grumpy a bad name here, and in such a high profile and international location.

Great iced coffee. I couldn’t give a higher service score as we were ignored for a few minutes on arrival. Love the branding. No seating inside but lots of seats just outside at the rockerfella plaza area near the fountain.

First time trying it and it did not disappoint. I got a Mocha with oat milk and iced. Tastes really good.

A lovely coffee flavour. Nice and strong but not overpowering. Not the best coffee we’ve ever had but nothing wrong with it either. Coffee was also a good temperature. No where to sit inside which is a shame but plenty options in the rock centre to take your coffee to and chill. My partner ordered a vanilla latte so adding in the syrup puts the coffee at over 6$ which compared to the uk is very expensive but seems the norm in NYC. I was 5$ for my cappuccino. Servers were nice and grumpy cafe is definitely a mood ? also nice milk heart!

Excellent espresso located in Rockefeller Center, on the same level as the skating rink. Grab a drink and watch the kids in indoor warmth. We absolutely love this place…rarely busy…do yourself a favor, pass by the many Starbucks and try an actual NY business. You won’t be disappointed.
