The food at Cafe Oliviero was wonderful! Very tasty and well prepared and you can chose among many menu options. I love the service at the place and the chef is so friendly with the guests and always takes care to offer the best quality! I highly recommend this place.

I visited this cafe the first time I was in NY, all of the sandwiches stacked high in the cases was mesmerizing. I was trying to search on a map the name as I knew I was next to Central Park when I stopped in. I finally found a photo I took, I’m so glad they had their name on the sandwich tags!! We are coming back this September and am looking forward to bringing the family, hoping they will be open by then as Google states it is temporarily closed. :0(

I visit this place a lot since I work in the area. I have to say the customer service is always good and they keep the place well kept at all times. Rates are convenient and they serve sizeable portions.
Good breakfast and lunch buffet. They sell mostly anything you can eat and most of it is very good. Much can be prepared fresh. In particular, they make various teriyakis from scratch, which are truly delicious. Egg salad sandwich with any topping you can think of is delicious too. Let's not forget those italian meatballs, if you really want to indulge. Yum!

Zero stars. The managers and some cashiers are rabid racists. It would be more appetizing to drink raw sewage. I went to pay for a salad with a $50 bill, and the cashier accused me of having a fake bill. To prove a point, since I got the bill when changing my paycheck, I went to Premier Deli. They have a machine there and a pen that they could use to prove that the bill was real. On the other hand, the Oliviero cashier and manager refused to give me any reason why they thought the bill was fake, and threatened to call the police instead of even giving me the benefit of the doubt by even asking me "did you know that this bill is fake?" This is why I am no longer a regular, paying customer.
