Staff is rude and unfriendly. For the amount they charge for I would expect them to at least be nice.

Reasonably priced for breakfast, but beware, they try to over charge you everyday at the grill. Omelettes 6-8$. Made to order. Service was fast, but unfriendly and NOT welcoming. I did not try the buffet $12/ lb, but it looked ok. Atmosphere cafeteria style and grill. Better places nearby.

Im a bus operator that spends $100.00 a week at this place. This morning I asked for a protein shake. There was no line and the cashier informed me she could not make my shake . Very frustrating to feel I wasn't worth the time to stop and make my shake. Just lost a faithful customer

You should actually acknowledge customers waiting to order. I ended up walking off since the workers don't want to see what the customer waiting to order would like. No one was waiting, the store was not busy. Just miserable employees unhappy with their life choices. I'll pass on this place everytime moving forward

I recently visited Cafe Olympia and had a disappointing experience. I ordered a quesadilla and a cake, but the quesadilla had a strange taste that made it inedible. To make matters worse, the cake was moldy and had an unpleasant smell. When I brought this to the staff's attention, they showed little interest in my concerns. I did receive a refund for the cake, but not for the quesadilla. Unfortunately, later that day, I ended up in the emergency room due to food poisoning. I cannot recommend this cafe based on my experience.

The staff at the old lady at the counter is exceptionally rude, and I'm not even mentioning the fact that they will charge you whatever they want, adding fee over fee.

Horrible service from the cook to the young register girl without the glasses (the one With the glasses is Sweet and Professional) the other two need interaction skills, why be so RUDE, I will address this with the nice Asian lady walking round, I believe she's one of the owners, if your one of the rude two above and you read this WAKE UP, or get another job at night were you don't have to deal with people, your costing Your Employer to lose coustomers.

If I could give this place zero stars. I would. Waited 10 minutes to order an italian hoagie. I go to order. He responds “we dont have anymore”. I said, okay, is it possible to make one.” “No.” Considering bread and everything was there. It’s pretty shocking 1:30 on a Tuesday. Are you kidding me? Staff is rude. Also if you have food allergies. Manage your risk.
Oh my goodness, they are extremely rude and have NO customer service what-so-ever. Like it's ridiculous. It's sad because I work in the area and I was a frequent customer. I will NEVER return and spend my money here simply because the employees, from the cashier down the the men making the sandwiches are just unpleasant. Ignoring you, throwing food in the bag, price changes whenever they feel like it because NONE of the product prices are listed anywhere in there store, the list goes on. Please like this if you experienced this atmosphere with them. I would give them 2 stars if i am factoring in the food, but I will publicly give Cafe Olympia 1 star simply due to the arrogance and rudeness of the employees.

It's three days in a row to buy my lonch and it's unfair that they don't have air conditioning in the place. It's unfair that the workers are there without air. We ask the bosses to take this problem seriously. It's not okay that they have their own workers in those conditions.
Horrible deli, please close this place down.

I enjoy the wide range of food options and the friendly attitude of most of the staff. However, there is a woman at the register who consistently shows a rude and unpleasant demeanor when interacting with customers. I thought that it was just me but today talking with my coworkers about it, we all have experienced the same unpleasant experience. I'm unsure whether her behavior stems from a personal issue, a lack of training, or poor education but the restaurant owners should address this matter with her.
