Ay so if you're going to overcharge me on a wrap I order here like twice a week ($9.50 instead of $8.95) and claim it's "because I added croutons to the wrap", then make sure you include the actual croutons in the wrap, which your forgot and now I've been overcharged for a wrap that doesn't have what I asked for. Y'all forget 95% of the time I ask for it. Maybe don't lose a regular that comes consistently over something you're messing up? Won't be returning after coming here for years.Also your cashier always has attitude, she needs to get over herself.

Started a new job in the area and this has been my go to spot for the past couple of weeks. The food is decent deli food. What is not savory, however, are the staff. They take forever to acknowledge you, especially the sandwich station so you are standing there for 5 minutes before they ask what you want. And I see them do it to other customers as well. I tried to give them a chance but today was the last they see my breakfast and lunch business.

We found this gem around the corner from our hotel and it was perfect. It's open for breakfast and lunch- the burgers are outstanding. The breakfast wrap was so yummy. And they have every snack imaginable to stock the hotel room. Thanks for being a great part of our NYC trip!

Roaches at the food bar. You will get sick from eating there, poor food handling. Cleanliness. It’s gotten very expensive now. Watch your receipt for hidden and over charges. They get mad when you ask for a receipt because they’re not used to ppl asking. After my roach encounter at the food bar, and a customer farting right in front of me by the food. No more visiting. I’m good!

Cashier is a scammer!!! I only realised when I went out that I paid $62 for $35 of merchandise :-( For the rest we took our breakfast there two days in a raw and food was ok.
Expensive !!!! . Employees are very dismissive. Act like they own the place .

BEWARE AND ASK FOR A RECEIPT! Food is ok but make sure you get a recxeipt for the charges. I usually stop by once a week in the morning on my way to work. I pay with my debit and on my way. I happen to notice a few hours later on my bank app that I was overcharged over $6. I went back to the same cashier and showed her. The first thing that got me was that she says she doesnt remember me being there, then she says that I had another item and then it was a 4% surcharger on card. Last I checked 4% out of $9.45 wasnt $6. After going back and forth she handed me a % dollar bill and said next time get a receipt. NOT A WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS IF THEY ARE RIGHT! Makes me wonder how many times this has happened. I will never go there again and warn everyone what had happened.

I bought one 16.9 oz water bottle and one pringles chips for a total $7.63. The cashier is a scammer, my receipt didn’t show the prices individually and only just the total. I should have been more aware and spoke up but I was hungry and tired. Shoppers beware and avoid at all cost, there is no price tag on anything.
