Service can be inconsistent, but there is NOTHING inconsistent about the amazing food. To put it in perspective, their Sacher torte is better than the original from the Sacher Hotel in Vienna. Yes, they are THAT good.
We have to wait for long time to get in, get security check, throw our water bottle away to get in.
We ordered Sacha torte and a pancake. Surprisingly the pancake tasted better than the supposed to be good Sacha torte. The original Sacha torte to tasted in Vienna was enriched with full layers of chocolate and this one only a thin layer outside. Yes inflation kills the content.

Pretty authentic Austrian food and vibe. Being that it’s quiet and pretty tame. I had a chocolate torte and a latte which were both exceptionally crafted. Clearly fresh and no added sugar.
The one thing that threw me was the crowd itself. My girlfriend and I were probably the only ones in the cafe under the age of 60. Not that, that’s a problem, but certainly feels a little odd. But I supposed that is to be expected with a cafe attached to a museum.
