This place is packed every night! We sat at the bar and ordered drinks and some authentic German food. Everything was delightful! The bartender was very friendly with his recommendations and the music was on point!

Upsettingly shocking service. It wasn’t particularly busy at all at 7pm on a Tuesday and yet we were never served — we were brought to a table and the waiters kept looking at us from afar but never actually served us. No water, nothing. Cups remained upside down on the table. Quite a while went by. Felt like I was in the twilight zone. Like they weren’t even at capacity — it felt personal? Ultimately got up and told the woman working at the front door (who’d been staring at us on and off this whole time) that we have yet to be served and that we’ll be leaving to spend money elsewhere. She said “Ok, thank you”. Like idk did they not want us there? Was I missing something? Felt invisible. So strange. Will not be returning.

Had a nice time with friends and family as we just stopped by for drinks in hot chocolate and a quick bite. All was well server was very nice, although we visited late but not near closing. I noticed they were closing and asked is it okay if I just call uber and wait. I was told this was okay and the manager was very rude yelling to me “the bar is closed time to go” maybe in his defense he saw my daughter start to dose of she is tall yet just a kid maybe he thought she was a drunk person or something idk. It was very cold last night and I asked could I call for my uber and its pretty heartless after saying that it was okay to wait and paying my bill for the manager to kick me out with small children, when I nudged my daughter to get up as our ride was approaching he stared at her in the most uncomfortable way that she came back near me because she was alarmed. I let him know my ride was approaching and it was wrong to stare at a child in order to make them uncomfortable and asked how could you be so rude. I got a smug comment in response can’t quite recall and just said thank you and went to my ride.

Great Swiss restaurant centrally located in SoHo. The bratwurst with roesti was delicious and very satisfying. Nice wine selection too including some Swiss wines. Great outdoor seating. Nice Swiss-inspired decor throughout the restaurant.
Dined here for lunch with a friend. The food is very average. Both our meals were nothing special. My schnitzel was dry and bland. The side salad was just a salad. My friend ordered the quinoa bowl which was pretty standard. The food is priced fairly. Staff were friendly. The decor was charming.

4.5 🌟 Came here after 11pm and probably had the best seat in the house; tucked in the back left a perfect table for two. Our server was friendly and helpful in suggestions. The bone marrow was a delicious and fatty starter, although it’s always a toss up with how much you’ll get. And the burger was great to split. Unfortunately they were already out of the apple strudel, but it sounded great.

Tldr: The service was so bad i was deterred from getting the food. Dont ask them if they will serve you water i guess?!
Their burrata salad looked good and i wanted a nice latte as there is no up charge for oatmilk but the waitress was so passive aggressive when asked for water and where their drinking menu was it was crazy. I would recommend u go elsewhere if you want nice service. Also when she finally brought the water to the table after not responding to our request for water (very politely) when we ordered the drinks and when the drinks were brought to the table she poured the water into the glasses and took the bottle with her, while other customer tables had the water bottle left on the table for them to top up their glasses.
