They have limited menu and even they have things that not available in that menu. Food was good but the waiter reminds you the once in Paris.

Disappointed at Café Un Deux Trois – Not Worth the Hype
After reading numerous positive reviews, I was genuinely excited to try Café Un Deux Trois before heading to the theater. Unfortunately, the experience fell far below expectations.
We ordered from the theater prix fixe menu. The pâté appetizer arrived looking like a thick, unappetizing slab of Spam—certainly not the refined starter we anticipated. Things only got worse from there. The salmon main course was served nearly raw in the center, and the chicken cordon bleu tasted like a low-quality diner dish—bland, overly processed, and lacking any finesse.
When I informed the staff about the undercooked fish, we waited over 15 minutes for a properly cooked replacement that never came. I eventually spoke to the manager, expecting at the very least an apology or a reasonable resolution. Instead, I was met with rudeness and refusal to comp or even partially adjust the bill. He insisted on charging me full price—even for the small side salad that came with the inedible salmon.
In a city full of exceptional dining options, this was a major letdown. Poor food, worse service, and zero accountability. I won’t be returning—and I recommend others look elsewhere for a pre-theater meal.

The waiters are so nice and the food is delicious! We went here 4 times in two days, and the waiters were very accommodating (even though sometimes we just went in for a coffee) and remembered us from earlier. It’s the perfect place to hang out and have a good meal before seeing a broadway show.

Delicious! Came an hour before we had to arrive for our Broadway show and was in and out quickly.

Great ambiance, service and food
Wonderful intimate restaurant to stay out of the stampede of the Time Square tourists. Great French Onion Soup. Although it may nat appeal to all, they serve the best liver and onions I have ever had… I’m addicted and is my requirement every time I’m in New York. Friends I dine with always find something they like while I enjoy my “usual.” Lovely wine selection and cocktails.

This is a place I’ve been to several times. The food is good. The service is good. But I’d say this: it’s not a great price/value. I mean we had a couple appetizers — and they came like 60 seconds after we ordered them. Then we both had the steak au poivre. Decent. But not a great cut of meat (I had to spit gristle twice). And the price of a glass of wine. Yikes. We ended up spending $253 for two people for a meal that was over in an hour. For that price I wanna say ahh. I can’t.

Went on a Wednesday before seeing Maybe Happy Ending. I have been here many many times over my 15 years of living in the city. Service is always phenomenal at the bar and the dining area is hit or miss. This time was a miss. I was sat in a round corner booth and waited for my friend. While waiting my server quickly gave water and didn’t ask if I wanted a drink. I flagged him down to order wine. My friend was still late as it was raining and cabs were a nightmare so u flagged waiter down to order food. My friend arrived and the waiter never came over to greet her. Again we had to flag him down. This continued up until we had to leave for the show. Very disappointed.
